hi im new and with nothing to do so why not grow and be healthy =)

currently no job or school

i find myself doing nothing and smoking weed every so often

wasting gas driving around etc

and if im at home im just playing games ... wasting a lot of time and gas while not contributing to anything


is there a detailed explanations on how jelqing girth and length gaining is done? if jelqing does both girth and length i'd rather stick with that. i am a lazy person but i am dedicated to one thing once i start

also how do you make your balls hang lower naturally? i'm not looking to tieing weights n shit to my nuts. i don't like having compact ass nuts and want them to hang lower

if i had to mention a goal i'd say my goal would be around 7x5-6~ or more

started jelqing today

-i appear to be chafing my head even with vasaline, granted it was slightly chafed and over used before hand, should i wait and not masturbate or exercise it until it is fully healed?
-i did feel some dull aching for a bit after bout 15 mins so i guess its working and i'm not really keeping my hand straight unless i go underhanded... but overhand (palm facing down, knuckles facing up) feels like its working more. if i continue that way is my dick going to get uber crooked?
-i should i be kegaling randomly while i do this?
-it appears that i can't keep 70%+ erection unless i stimulate it every so often which seems to cut into exercise time

I jerk off before I do stretching sometimes. Only so that I don't get hard half way through my stretching routine.
Some people say ejaculating after stretching is detrimental, some people say it isn't. It's more a personal choice thing if you ask me, but if you were going to rub one out i'd say do it before you stretch.
 
is there any reason to base why it is detrimental after? for me i find it being a MUST to shoot a load before i sleep or i probably wont be able to sleep. and my jelqing exercises are done before i shower since i use vasaline all over lol unless i attempt dry jelqing leading to shooting a load before i sleep

The argument is that after you cum your dick will shrink, whereas if you dont cum your dick will stay kinda plump (I'm talking about girth work here, jelqing). Like I said, it comes down to personal preference. Some people will say you should hold off and NOT ejaculate, some say it doesn't matter at all.
There hasn't been a scientific experiment done on it so there is no hard evidence either way, if that's what you're looking for.

Personally I think it doesn't matter whether you ejaculate or not. Even if you don't cum, your dick isn't at maximum expansion after your erection goes away... so it's not still being stretched in any direction, so in my opinion it doesn't matter. The only thing is that you will probably feel like you've accomplished more if you don't cum because your dick will be a little fatter from the jelqing.

if you MUST shoot a load before you sleep, just do it, it's really not that important. Your routine and dedication is far more important than whether or not you bust before bed.
