Hey guys.

I joined up a few months back. I was looking for help in gaining girth. I have a penis length of over 6" and a girth of 4.5".

Length is no issue, I just want a thicker penis. Nice and fat.

So anyway, I've been doing some Penis Enlargement exersizes, and it gives temporary gains. Not sure if I have made any permenant ones yet.

My routine consists of 300 Dry 1 Second Jelqs and a few Uli's and horse squeezes between each hundred. I try and do this most days when I can. Uli's are the trap blood in penis one right?

Anyway, any tips and suggestions to help me out would be great.

The jelqing or girth portion looks excellent. I would suggest some manual stretching too to increase length gains. The best place to start is the Newbie Routine as it takes the guess work out and gives you the best foundation and gains are usually swift.

Will the stretches aid in cementing girth gains?

Girth is more cemented by girth work but stretching does help maintain the girth while you are making permanent.
