i want to make a great custom routine that would maximize length gains and some girth but length is key right now ...so if you could name some of the exercises that helped you most in length ( cause i need a more comp[lex routine because i been in it for a year now ) how long you did it ...and what was key to your gains ..thanks rofl

I want length as well, but with normal jelqing routines (which I think are key to ANY routine; girth will even out) so I focus solely on Stretches:
Here's my current set-up:
1) Warm-up for 5 minutes, Baby Powder on the hands is key for non-slipage
during stretching.
2) Basic Stretches (ALL directions; as hard as I feel I can SAFELY go)
30 seconds each stretch, I also incorporate V Stretches, 5 reps
3) Rotary Crank Stretches, 30 "cranks" each direction, slow and full force
but safe, 5 reps
4) DLD's A Stretch w/ DLD's Blasters, Swap hands every 1 minute for a total
10 minutes
5) Redzulu's TOW Stretch working entire shaft for 5 minutes
6) DLD's Footlong Stretch?? (where you use your foot) 30 seconds, swap feet
6 reps (3 each foot)
7) SWM's Manuals: Lig & Tunicae? Stretches. The Lig is a standing BTC
I believe from way back in the day that is very powerful for me.
8) Basic Stretches again
9) Warm-up again
10) 300-500 Medium to Medium hard wet jelqs at 85% erect working in Uli's
every 25 jelqs and hold for 15 seconds. I use vasoline or petroleum jelly
(same shit)
11) Clean-up then powder back up and do a set of Basic Stretches
12) Warm-down and massage with vitamin E lotion (don't know if it helps
but "E" is good for the skin) 5-10 minutes

I do this every night before bed, takes over an hour and a half....I can barely get it up when I watch adult entertainment, my shit is so fatigued; I need a break, I might start going 5 on 2 off days.

Since OCT 2003 til now I've Penis Enlargemented for prolly 4 straight months (I took a solid year off) I've gained 3/4'' in BPenis EnlargementL, 1/2'' EG and about 1'' or so in BPFSL
My current stats are in my sig and as you can see I'm working on getting my BPFSL gains over to BPenis EnlargementL so I might add more jelqs, few hundred or so to the routine. I lazy ass stretch a lot too (whenever I'm online). This is what my routine looks like, hope it helps; I have some pics up to rofl
