Hey guys... I've been out of the loop for a while, but I'm back, as motivated as ever. I took some time off, since I had a feeling that I might have injured myself or was too tired.

I am a little reluctant to start stretching again, since I have had some negative experiences. It seems like I can't control ejaculation as well when I have been stretching (with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words], Phase II) or get the rock hard erections I used to get. I never thought it would happen when it counted, but it did after being doing my routine diligently and I must admit that it has haunted me ever since, and I had a repeat situation. I hate the fact that you lose your confidence somewhat. I used to pride myself on getting ready and controlling any time I wanted. What is your advice? Has anybody had this issue before?

As a side note, what is your take on L-Arginine combined with Penis Enlargement? How much of it would help with gains and health? If you have a couple of drinks, will it mess up your performance and/or gains?
 
I've never been that big on stretching, I'm more of a jelqing man, but whenever I get any variance in my erections it's invariably from not getting my PC work in. As long as I do a little (say, 100 reps minimum) each day my erections are there almost at the drop of a hat. So I can't really relate to that specific problem. I have a few questions though. Are you sure that the stretching is the culprit? Phase II has more than just stretching, right? So depending on how often you have sex and how many ejaculations you've had in between bouts of sex, your problem might lie in being over-excited. Every time you Penis Enlargement it is, more or less, a sexual event (jelqing, not so much stretching). And if you build up all that tension and then not release it on a fairly regular basis, there is a fair chance that it'll work against you in the sack. Also, be sure to rule out any other factors like a stressful period at work, not getting enough sleep, eating poorly etc. Those things count, we ofetn manage to overlook them though.

Depending on what "a few drinks" means to you there can be a yes or a no answer. If you party on the weekends and only have 3-4 drinks or 6-7 beers then you might limit performance on that same night but will probably not hinder your long-term Penis Enlargement progress. If you hit the bars 3-4 days a week or have a cooler by the couch then all that alcohol may negatively affect your testosterone levels and although the relationship between testosterone and Penis Enlargement isn't exactly crystal clear, it is known that alcohlics tend to have lower serum testosterone that controls.

Relating to your question, it seemed that the DLD Blasters forced the kegel area somehow and almost made it feel fragile, to where it was as if I could not hold or control either erections or ejaculation. I suppose that these exercises are considered to be stretching, but I'm not quite sure.

I suppose that the combination of this situation, with anxiousness, and fatigue made it all worse. I am not sure I'd want to have that feeling again though...

By the way, since you are a jelqing man, and I had always focused on this in the past, do you find that to be enough and consistent to get constant gains? I also prefer jelqing, so maybe it is the route to follow.

DLD Blasters are a stretching exercise. The "Blasting" portion of the exercise is when we go into complete pelvic muscle relaxation (or in some cases, forced relaxation) [ie: unflex] When a reverse kegel is done the pelvic floor muscles are in a state of complete unflex and this is the powerful part of the DLD Blasters, which I will explain. For allot of men, whether there is mental consciousness or not, the Pelvic Floor muscles (series of muscles that control the movement, angle, flex, etc. of penis) will tighten when they try to stretch the penis. This is a problem in gaining length because these muscles are a sort of damper between the penis and it's connecting ligaments. For many men the largest limiting factor in effective lig stretching is the flex or tightening of the pelvic floor muscles. This tightening absorbs most of the stretching effort and the ligaments are largely un-stretched. When the reverse kegel is used these muscles are released allowing the ligaments to absorb most of the stretching effort giving the user the much desired ligament stretch.
