Natural Growers, what was your diet to make it grow?

Hi guys,

This question is for those whose penises grew naturally. What was your diet when your dick started to grow by itself? I found that soy products should be avoided because they are proven in Asians to make their dicks small. I could post my story if you would like me to. I now know what NOT to eat but now I want to know WHAT TO EAT!!

What do you mean by "grew naturally?" I"m not sure I understand what you are asking. I know that soy is fantastic for prostate problems--I guess you are too young to worry about such things.

I meant to grow without Penis Enlargement of any kind. Some guys are just well endowed because they ate the right things growing up so their penises also grow without pumping or stretching. Or some may eat things that aid in their progress or some mat eat things that deter their progress like when I ate tofu, my efforts in Penis Enlargement failed until I stopped eating it. I did try Penis Enlargement while living with my parents in high school but didn't gain even a centimeter because of the estrogen based diet of tofu with rice. Now that I no longer eat my mom's food, I have grown. I also noticed that my neighbor who eats tofu every day has an extremely small penis and only his head shows when he is flaccid. (I saw him in the gym locker room we both go to). My dick was 4" when I was in high school and I ate tofu which stunted the growth of my cock when I made my first attempt at Penis Enlargement. Now from 28 to now, I have started gaining and I noticed I never ate any more tofu and I progressed.

guys who are well endowed dont become that way because of the things they eat, its genetics. although a healthy diet would be benificial but wouldnt stunt your growth to the point where you couldnt gain.
 
I do in fact have the genetics because I accidentally saw my British grandpa while he was taking a leak and I barged in being a kid I was to wash my hands. He did not grow up with the tofu diet but married into it with my grandma. He might have already gained his gains growing up but then stopped growing when he started eating tofu and other estrogen based foods. In fact, my cock grew a half more inches when I stopped eating my mom's cooking and grew from 4 to 4.5" when engaged. I didn't grow faster because I didn't do Penis enlargement of any kind but I now know the culprit of my slowed penis growth and other Asian men's stunt in penis development- the estrogen based diet in soy products. Since milk is not available in China, soy is often used in place of milk. In fact soy is used to make "Chinese cheese"- the stuff that tastes like wine but shaped also like tofu. Also I noticed that lactose intolerant dudes that replace milk with soy have small dicks. I believe I have finally put my finger on the Asian problem of small dicks and they should stop eating the crappy soy products that ruin them. I now sped up my cock development to 7" which is at least above average but not long by doing penis enlargement and stopping tofu consumption.

Of course it is great for prostrate problems. Prostrate problems are testosterone caused and propecia which produces estrogen blocks the cancer causing testosterone that causes prostrate problems. They also found Propecia to block another testosterone that causes hair loss- DHT. Soy, too, is like Propecia in that it is estrogen based and blocks testosterone which is needed for penile growth.
 
Genetics don't just run through your immediate family line. Both my dad and grandpa were very well endowed and I didn't get quite as much as they did. Your DNA contains all sorts of info from previous generations. You could've gotten your size DNA from your mom's side of the family (then men of course) or your mom's grandfather's side. Who knows. Just be thankful there is a way to do something about it. Can't change the past only work on the future.
 
I think genetics is more involved here than Tofu or soy based products. Well, Darkseid, you have a good test case here in me. I eat mainly soy, very little red meat. My growth in P.E. has surely leveled off since I have been on soy products. But this may not be causal. In may be coincidental. I would do more research if I were you.

If I continue to gain length and girth while on mainly soy-based products, which I have been on for quite a few years now, then that will test your theory.

I appreciate you testing my theory. If you prove my theory correct, we can be sure to warn people against the soy products that have plagued generations of Asian men with small penises. If your penis still grows with the soy then I am either wrong, or you may be immune genetically to the estrogen effects of soy.
I do base my theory on the effects on myself and a handful of other Asian men. Asian men with bigger dicks tell me that they don't like tofu and they avoid it. I also observed that Asian men in America eat differently than Asian men in China and that American Asian men DO have bigger dicks just as American Asian women have bigger tits than Asian women in China. We do add growth hormones to our cows which makes other parts of our bodies grow and our long penises is one of them. This experiment is a win-win scenario although I don;t want you to end up with a smaller penis, at least we discovered what NOT to eat. If I am wrong, at least your dick didn't shrink.

Terrific! I suspect the growth hormones may be a factor for the American Asian men and women. My dick certainly has held its own as of late although I had cut back dramatically in my routine due to work constraints. This summer will definitely tell the tale.
