I've been reading around and it says that if you masterbate or do anything right after your work outs it will decrease the percentage of enlarging your penis. Is this true?

I don't think so, just right before. If your gonna blow off steam before, do it at least 3 hours before, but afterwards, go for it!
 
Personally, I think ejaculation after workouts is not a good thing. It reduces engorgement for some people, and you want to remain engorged some time.
 
Ejaculating ejects testosterone. Testosterone helps build our bodies. It's only temporary though, so everybody suggests waiting a couple of hours. Wich is the time you need to have every element on your side and not wasting it. It's like taking a protein shake right after a workout, not necessary, but it helps.
 
testosterone isn't a huge factor for penis growth though testosterone will have a big effect on huge muscles like the back and chest but little muscle like penis it's alright to whack it.
 
Pokey, My dick looses some of its engorgement if I blow a load. Maybe it doesn´t happen to you, but I know it does happen for some, more than you may think. I certainly am one.

lol...i have noticed that as well about you Pokey. But either way...no beef here. Just know that some of your posts do come off as being a know-it-all and can get on some people's nerves particularly the veterans round here.

I don't really care though because hardly anything with Penis Enlargement is 100% proven down to a T. I mean if we all knew more or less what and how things worked we'd have it down to some kind of formula rather than guessing at what routines to use and exercises to add.
 
I think this is a good question to ask especially if your new here. I think you have to experiment yourself with alot of things in the pe world because everything is pretty much unexplainable, their are a few things we know for sure but not many so we shouldnt be saying yes or no to a question we dont know when every single person is different. Until their is a controlled test or something than we might be able to answer this question but other than that we can only base it on our own opinions.

So based on my opinion i think that ejaculating after a workout dosnt really have an effect as it is just sperm leaving the testicles through a little tube sure you may loose a little testosterone but does testosterone have anything to do with the chambers or ligs expanding? if it does then i am wrong but it really wouldnt be too much testosterone lost.

Test has no effect on pe,if it did then anyone who injects test would have massive dicks,test does raise your labido considerably which does help with getting erect,the amount you loose during ejaculation is neglible anyway.

only time masturbation would be a bad idea is before a girth workout and only because it might stop you getting hard.

I regularily masturbate after a pe workout and its never hindered growth.
 
Well, I never spoke about Test, so no need to quote me.

Anyway, I agree that ejaculating before workouts is not good. Prolactin levels will be higher which means erections will be more difficult to achieve. That means girth work could not be as productive. That is a direct consequence.

Now I think that becouse the NO release is tappered off with ejaculation and levels of cGNP follow, the decrease in intracavernousal pressure means a less engorged penis, which could (and this is speculation) reduce girth gains as well by reducing the time tissues are extended. That would be an indirect consequence.

By the way, I´m not a doctor or anything, so feel free to correct me if I´m wrong.

Its O.k. to blow your load before a good stretching session. Who here stretches 100% erect? Also I think if you must blow your load after a workout it would be a good thing to extend your workout after blowing, lets say for 10mins or so to gain back any engorgement that you might have lost after blowing your load.

These are just my opinions.
 
Yep, stretching is a whole different thing.

I also believe ejaculating before stretching could be of help, to prevent excessive engorgement while stretching.

When I hanged, I masturbated sometimes an hour or two before my session, to prevent excessive pressure on the head. But if I hanged right after ejaculating (less than say 1/2 hour later), my penis was still too sensitive and it became uncomfortable.

For girth, I can see this a very debatable subject, but for lenght I think most will agree that ejaculating is not counterproductive.
