Anyway, I agree that ejaculating before workouts is not good. Prolactin levels will be higher which means erections will be more difficult to achieve. That means girth work could not be as productive. That is a direct consequence.
Now I think that becouse the NO release is tappered off with ejaculation and levels of cGNP follow, the decrease in intracavernousal pressure means a less engorged penis, which could (and this is speculation) reduce girth gains as well by reducing the time tissues are extended. That would be an indirect consequence.
