This is what I've compiled, pe-wise, to do this summer. My current stats are 8"BPenis EnlargementL, 5.2 MSEG, 8"BPFSL. The short term goals that I wish to accomplish prior to Septemer 1st are 8.5"BPenis EnlargementL, 5.5"MSEG. This is what I plan to do to accomplish the above delineated goals:
Circa 11:00AM: GIRTH SUPenis EnlargementRSET
(i) double-clamping for ten minutes with intermittent horse440's, squeezes and bends to preserve a maxium level of engorgment intensity.
(ii) 5 minutes jelqing with overhand grip and moderately slow strokes (~5 seconds/stroke)
(iii) same as (i)
(iv) same as (ii)
(v) same as (i)
(vi) same as (ii)
Immediately following the completion of the above-described girth superset, append the StaticStretcher and wear ~TEL for 1 hour
Circa 1:00PM
Hang BTC @ a fatigue inducing weight for 1 hour (currently this weight is 10lbs)
*following the hanging session I will again append the SS for 1 hour
Circa 3:00PM
Hang BTC @ a fatigue inducing weight for 1 hour
*following the hanging session I will again append the SS for 1 hour
Circa 5:00PM
Hang BTC @ a fatigue inducing weight for 1 hour
*following the hanging session I will again append the SS for 1 hour
At some time later in the evening, if possible
Perform another girth superset as described above.
