Hey All,
I'm new to PE and this is going to be my starting routine. Let me know if there is anything I should definitely fix about it. My main goal right now is gaining length, especially NBPEL, so keep that in mind when you read my routine. Apart from this routine, I take daily vitamins, going to start taking L-Arginine, and I workout on a weekly schedule.
WARM UP
5 min with hot water in the shower

30 seconds in each direction x2
To help with fluid buildup, I've been taking the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] off after every couple of stretches to get me EQ back up, massage my penis, and refill/repump the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
MANUAL STRETCHING
30 seconds in each direction x2
I do this after the hardcore stretches because I find it hard to get good EQ after doing manual, and I need good EQ for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches.
My routine is done in the morning. The first part in the shower, the manual stretches after I get out and dry off. The whole routine takes like 45 minutes.

So, do you think Jim's Wrapping Method would be appropriate for me, with my goal of NBPEL gains in mind?
