Don't trip too much about the tension or anything like that. Best gains I got with this device is try to wear as much as possible at the longest stretch possible. Using the Velcro strap allows you to stretch your penis farther and just strap down real quick. I'm at about 9.5 flaccid stretch for about 30-40 min then I take off the get blood flow. Forget about trying to measure and all the tedious tasks like that. Just go for as many bars as possible. With this mindset I had to order new ones.

I know just stretch as far as possible for 30 min then take off for blood flow.
