My routine. .. decent?

I bought a b.m [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] over 2 years ago. Never stayed consistent and never gained. Now I'm ready to actually grow! This is my routine that I've been using for a week.
About 10 minutes of stretching using my hand. I grab the head and pull it all the different angles. I can only hold the stretches for about 10 seconds each.
Then I use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I do 3 sets of 10 min. While in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I pull on the tube or do kegals. Usually shoot for 100 kegals. I hold them for 2 seconds each. After my 3 sets, sometimes 4 sets. I stretch lightly and put cockrings on it.
I also stretch a bit every time I piss or shit.

You need to stretch for more then 10 seconds optimally. Why can you only do 10 seconds? Utilize your other hand or baby powder. You should try to stretch for 30 seconds each stretch. You will also want to bump up your stretching sessions to 15-20 minutes as you become more conditioned.

As for girth, you're definitely not ready for [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s if they make you bleed. The best way to become conditioned for girth work and overall is jelqing. If you do your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] routine in the bath, then superset jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. 5min jelqs x 5min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and do that for a total of 3 sets and 30 minutes.
