Well the Winter break at my college will be on soon and I decided to try a little experiment on myself. As some may know I am constantly at odds with my girth. In my opinion .25 in. in a year is not very good. At this rate given my ratios I won't be at 6 in. girth until I'm 12 in. in length (not that thats really something I'm looking for..).
I have a feeling that since I was jelqing for over my first whole year of Penis Enlargement at a low erection level, my initial girth gains were mostly newb, and I mostly just gained length after that while simultaneously really conditioning my penis against girth. People that seem to be gaining girth at a decent or steady rate had access for the most part to girth specific exercises for when jelqing stopped giving really great gains.
I know to some this may sound like pathetic logic, or just general discouragement, but for 8 months out of the last year I did only girth exercises, and gained a great deal more length than girth in that time. I have been beating the hell out of my dick 7 days a week hoping that would push past the conditioning but to no real avail.
Since I will be going home for the winter holidays for just a little over a month, I decided that I will completely ignore my girth starting now for that whole time. Mind you I will be keeping a close eye on it to make sure it doesn't go away, but I would hope seeing as how its been 6 months since my last girth gain my girth stats should be pretty well cemented by now don't you think?
In this time I will be performing only manual stretches, and (very big maybe) jelqs once a week.
I came up with this idea because all of my noticeable girth jumps in the past were after somewhat extended breaks from girth work or Penis Enlargement in general (or during the break itself). A year from this past summer I was only able to jelq about once a week (all I really knew at the time) between work and training and an unwillingness to give up sleep. I was able to stretch throughout the day though and gained some length as a result. Anyway when I got to school and had more privacy (ironically) I started jelqing super consistently again and then came a jump in girth (didn't measure at the time but very noticeable). The next was the beginning of last summer when I was on vacation with family for a week (no privacy), and then was adjusting to a schedule the next week. In that time I did wear my adc, but it hasn't yielded gains since then (except maybe in flaccid size).
Anyway I know this is long, but I think it will be interesting to see if maybe thats what I needed to tweak, and I wanted to post it up on here to keep myself focused (because I enjoy girth work, and would be tempted to doubt and cheat otherwise). I would have to sacrifice a good deal of sleep anyway to do my normal routine, and I figure simple manual stretching would still allow my penis to decondition nicely while still keeping things loose, and when I come back I'll slam some girth work again and see what comes of it.
Again I know its long winded, but encouragement or input is appreciated. Maybe this could help someone like me someday. :cool:
 
A little over a week into it and it feels great! Just taking a break, letting my penis decondition, having sex with the girl, and really taking time to step back and enjoy my progress for a bit. This is the longest break I've taken so far since joining [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] not to mention I still have 3 weeks to go. My penis is recovering from the grueling workouts I was putting it through and it really feels very healthy and alive right now. I'm still stretching throughout the day because I'd go crazy otherwise, but I think this is just what the doctor ordered for me. Especially since I was getting so frustrated. Well I'll keep this updated for anyone considering decon. breaks in the future, as I found only 2 other serious ones on here.
 
Nearing the end of my last week doing this. I go back up to school this weekend. Back to privacy, and my huge jar of vaseline. Next week I think I'm gonna start it back up on a 1 on 1 off schedule doing a few sets of horse squeezes or something every 100 jelqs or so for an hour. I can can feel the girth deconditioning in my dick. I also can see length gains from the constant stretching I've been doing, but have resolved not to measure them until I get back. Wish me luck in restarting, any suggestions are encouraged.
 
hey i always find that my dick feels better if i train girth every 2 days, instead of daily. try hitting it with some slammers and wet jelqs every other day...

Thanks for the input, and every other day is what I meant by 1 on 1 off.
 
bIgjOe you have gained a fair bit of length since starting its good to see hard work paying off, i just started Penis Enlargement again after a slack 6 months luckily all cemented, im interested in seeing how this break goes for you as ive had such a big one myself, at least you did manual stretches though as i did absolutley nothing and have been thinking about what i could of gained.

anyways good luck on the girth its only every so often people take deconditiong breaks and im interested on how they work.
 
Well I gained some more length as you can see in my sig. from the constant stretching during my girth deconditioning break. Had my first girth session last night and am still feeling great fatigue, the likes of which I haven't felt in quite some time. Wish me luck.
 
I think it's cool to take a break sometimes. I have really felt gains when I've been on a break. I've never been crazilly into Penis Enlargement, I think my record is about 30 sessions over 2 months or something, but who knows, if I'd been doing it every day then would I have gained more? It's hard to tell and probably different for each person.

Pretty much had a one month gain from girth work like you Joe since I've been home from university. Gonna hit it hard when I get back next weekend, but not just with jelqs, I'm gonna have to do something more advanced I think.

I'm mostly doing alot of jelqs to help get back into it. Plus the combined manuel girth exercises thrown in there gave me nice expansion yesterday. Thats cool your doing the same thing, maybe then we'll have 2 examples instead of one.
