I am doing a [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] and jelqing routine, I'm going to be doing a 5 days on, 1 day off routine because it fits my work and life schedule,

I have just completed my first 5 days on and I'm on my rest day today, so far it is going pretty well.

I am starting off very slowly extending with the Phallson so that I don't get any blisters on my glans, the tension is set in the low green area and I'm only wearing it for 2 hours at a time at the moment, each time I finish my 5 day routine I will steadily increase hours untill I can get up to atleast 12 hours a day, then I will start slowly increasing tension.

After i've finshed extending for the day I jelq, again I'm starting off slowly with 100 jelqs a day and I will add 50 jelqs each new week.

I wear a silicone sleeve to heal in the extended state when im not wearing my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words], after I jelq, when I sleep and on my rest day.

Each week i will update this thread with how many hours I have extended for and how many jelqs I have perormed.

Here is my report for my first 5 days: 10.12.16 - 14.12.16
Rest day: 15.12.16

Phallosan hours (low green): 14 hours
Jelqs - 500

You workout looks pretty good. I also suggest you get in Bundled stretching in before your workout, this will help prime the penis to take on more size. no thats what i did this week mate, i did 14 hours in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] and 500 jelqs the week before, my total hours in the phallsan is 49

thanks DLD im having some issues with the foam ring, it's giving me a burning pain at base of my penis, after about an hour and half it starts getting really painfull. This isnt a problem when im not working because i can just switch sides, the problem is i work 12 hour night shifts so i have to wear it 3 hours at a time sometimes, do you have any ideas how i can make the foam ring more comfortable please.

Bathroom breaks! Take a break every hour and readjust. No one will think anything if you are in the bathroom every hour for 2-3 minutes.

I am in the mid orange for tension.

Flaccid length - +1cm
Bone pressed flaccid stretched length - +8mm
Erect girth - 0

thanks DLD means a lot mate, i think i'm going to start doing your basic stretches routine before i put on the phallson, then go back to jelqing before i go to bed, then wear a silicone sleeve while ill sleep and try and speed up these gains.

i am most happy about my flaccid stretch, in 3 months i had an 8mm gain, if i'm not mistaken that's the measurement that means gains are coming right?

I am a big believer in basic stretching. It really covers every possible angle of gain and this leaves no stone unturned.
