Are you sure you do not mean curve? Is it an actual twist? If so I guess you real screw chicks Archimedes would have a field day with your dick

yes, it's a twist but not on the shaft, it's on the head.. when i'm flaccid, it's more noticeable. The head kinda twists to the left

Aside of surgery (which I DO NOT recommend) you will most likely have to live with it. No one said a penis has to be one design. There are all kinds, bend, long, short, fat, and now, with a twist.

you can fix that. Just twist it the other way for long periods of time, and just keep doing it. It WILL go back.

hey man.. before i started pe, i had a minor twist and curve to the right.. so you're cool. just change things up.. put your dick down the other leg. and when you do your stretches and jelqs.. jelq as if your dick was normal.. like force it into a normal penis with no twist or curve when you do the exercises.. you should be able to get rid of it soon.. and you wont even think about it. its a much easier fix than you'd think.. may never be perfect.. but very unnoticable

This would be awesome and I honestly hope exercise will change this condition but the head of the penis is so difficult to even enlarge, let alone make a modification like he has. Perhaps he can experiment with the exercises that help correct peyronies with his own modifications. Who knows, he may come up with something never thought of before. I would dive into it like this if I had a similar problem. Thanks for your input!

i'm thinking these guys are reading his question like if he had a curve in his shaft...and not a twist in his penis head...because like you said dld...it is hard as hell to even increase the size of the penis head let alone trying to correct a twist he was born with...when i read the post the picture that comes to mind is that his head is turned either a little clockwise or counter clockwise and his "pee hole" is kind of on a diagnal but the shaft is straight...i'm not saying it can't be corrected...i guess things are possible...there is no thread on the board they tells you how to correct a twist of your penis head...i'm sure other guys might have this same issue...but you can be the first to try to correct it and put it up on the board...good luck

Good observation. If the penis was created with a twist in the glans, changing that would require making some serious anatomy changes. It is like having an eye that is bigger than the other, in a sense, and changing that would not really be possible due to skin and tissue structure. If someone can create a solution to this I would be surprised.

I did read it correctly.. I understand the difference between curve, and twist. See, I had slight curvature to the right, (i think it was natural. i never felt any scar tissue build up like true peyronies) but my dick is now straight, not arrow straight, but im content. and I had a slight twist also to the right. the twist was not my glans, isolated.. it was more like, my base came out straight, then about 1/2 way down the penis the CC/Cs all started to twist slightly to the right. It really started to bother me, so I changed to wearing boxers (i think this helps a lot) and then when i jelqed, i curved and twisted it the other way. The twist is completely gone, and the curvature is so minute, i don't even care..

I would recommend for you, to grip your shaft under the head with your left hand, and then grip your head with the right hand (or wtv is you dominate hand) and twist it into a normal shape, or go beyond that. and hold this for long periods of time. try and flaccid, then erect. then maybe try jelqing with the right hand, and holding your head twisted into a normal shape.. like dld said, dive into this... if you keep twisting it into a normal shape and doing jelqs/ long holds in a different shape, the penis will take that shape... good luck

My cock also has a bit of a twist and curve to the left. When flaccid it presents it's right side to the front. But it straightens up a lot when it erects so I'm not bothered, although I do make an effort to correct it during my pe routine. My wife thinks it's straighter although I can't really see any difference yet.
