hanging session for 15 minutes @ 5# while doing kegels. I could only get to 15 minutes and had to stop.
When I get to that point (fatigue) during my hanging set and have not reached my 20 minutes, should I reduce the weight and continue the set? I think I have read where this was the thing to do.
