Sometimes that is the deal but getting in 5 minutes of stretching is still keeping you involved. So even on off days a bit of PE will keep your head in the game.

I don't let it bother me D, I pretty much know that my weekends are going to be taken up with all kinds of family activities so I just do a little and get prepared for the next week

It is legal anywhere in Nevada besides the Reno/Carson and Las Vegas Metro areas where the population exceeds 700,000 in the county. There is a large red light district east of Carson City in Moundhouse. It is near a few wrecking yards. One of them was called Red light auto at one time. Most of the other ones are scattered across the state out in the middle of nowhere.
 
11/12/17 was another one of those days dedicated to family and the honey do list so I did not do much. I was able to do 5 minutes of stretching during my morning shower and managed 3 more 5 minute manual stretching sessions during bathroom breaks during the day. Not much but enough to keep the motivation elevated

I attached my 5 pound weight and was able to do a full hanging session. This seemed to work well with the 5# weight but I will have to experiment more to see how much more weight it will hold before slipping. The one thing I did notice was that the 5 pounds seemed a lot lighter doing it this way opposed to using the same weight with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words].

You are probably right. I would not think that it will hold more than 10 pounds but I am going to keep working with it and see what happens. I thought at first that it was not working but I am getting the same stretch so I will have to see what happens

Thanks B. I have hung 7 lbs 2 times with the PF but I noticed tonight that 7 lbs causes the glans cap to start slipping up. The device holds and does not slip but the glans cap will start pinching the shit out of the head at about the 15 minute mark. I am still looking for some decent padding so that I can continue hanging with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] as I know it will be the best tool for that job. Your tip for attaching further up was spot on so once I get adequate padding, I will be on the fast track

I started with my heating pad and planned 10 minutes but it crapped out after about 5. I did what I could with a warm cloth and got setup to do a hanging session with the PF. All was going well as I was doing 7# and going for 20 minutes. At the 15 minute mark I noticed a pinching sensation at the head so I looked and found that the glans cap was starting to roll up. I may look at the possibility of using it without the cap during my next session to see if this works

Are you hitting some level of fatigue when you hang? That feeling like you can't carry on with the set? Once you get to the point where you can hang a full 20 minutes without fatigue over 4-5 days you can add weight.

Some have said the first set should be to hit fatigue and and consecutive sets should be at a lower weight to ride the fatigue, lowering the weight further if needs be to reach the full 20 minutes. With the weight I'm using, I'm feeling fatigue within 10 minutes if the set so I ride through to the end keeping the same amount of weight. Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] before a hanging set ( downward bundles with kegels ) is an excellent way to pre-exhaust the ligs to bring on fatigue.

Some have said the first set should be to hit fatigue and and consecutive sets should be at a lower weight to ride the fatigue, lowering the weight further if needs be to reach the full 20 minutes. With the weight I'm using, I'm feeling fatigue within 10 minutes if the set so I ride through to the end keeping the same amount of weight. Using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words] before a hanging set ( downward bundles with kegels ) is an excellent way to pre-exhaust the ligs to bring on fatigue.

The only thing I managed this day was about 5 minutes manual stretching and 50 wet jelqs during my morning shower. The remainder of the day was spent shopping with the family
