I just looked back and found my post on my number of hours in the PF. I had 317.5 from the end of September through 11/10. My hours in the PF from 11/11 thru 1/25/18 is 407.75. That gives me a total of 725.25 in about 4 months

Time and the Phalosan and connected at the cock :) The Phalosan should be used every moment you are not actively training. The biggest and best part of the Phalosan is how much time you can spend in it, some can go 24 hours!

I have not done 24 hours but I stay in it as much as I can

I measured the other day prior to doing my session and my non erect girth was 4.5". I measured again when I finished my session and measured non erect again and it was 5.25". I feel like I am getting good expansion. I am cut
