Evening:

Warm up with hot cloth for 5 minutes
225 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 3 sets at 5 minutes each. Kegels during 1st set. CR at base during 2nd set. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during 3rd
CR for 1 hour

Not yet but I am going to keep at it until I hit that 7 mark. Just out of curiosity I took a bpfsl measurement the other day after taking off the PF and it was 6.75". I did not read too much into that but it makes me think that I am headed in the right direction

CR for 45 minute

That is right around the corner. I have been experimenting with longer sets and so far so good. I was doing 3 sets @ 5 minutes each and was not getting any FR at all so I bumped up to 6 minute sets and so far I have not had any FR.

I missed my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session this day as we were preparing for the winter weather that was being predicted. Not very often we deal with snow this far south but being prepared helped this time as we woke up this morning to approx. 4" of snow and ice on all of the roads.
