Manual stretching during morning shower

Evening:

Warm up in hot tub
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 2 sets at 7 minutes each
CR for 45 minutes

I did not get in a full session this day as I was just tired.

Yup I sleep from Friday night until Monday morning :) I rest in the Lord Jesus Christ, not even lifting a finger! :)

I can't say that I don't lift a finger all weekend but we try to do as little as possible:)

I literary do not lift a finger :) lol I am the most lazy dude on the weekends. I will sleep till 4pm, wake up for some food and prayers then right back down. I love sleep soooooo much!

Evening:

Warm up in hot tub for 10 minutes
200 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 3 sets @ 6 minutes each with kegels during 1st set, CR at base for 2nd set and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during 3rd set
CR for 45 minutes
Had a good [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session this day. By the 2nd set I was sailing past the 6" mark on the sticker and by the 3rd set I was hitting 7

Evening:

Warm up with hot cloth for 5 minutes
200 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 3 sets @ 6 minutes. Kegels during 1st set, CR at base during 2nd set and regular 3rd set
CR for 45 minutes

CR for 45 minutes

Keeping track of hours is so important with extending, it really gives a very clean map to the effectiveness and progress of the gains in an hour to hour method. Very smart and very easy to see where gains happen.
