I'm curious, even on rest days do you still find yourself 'mentally' plugged-in? I know my mind is thinking how I could improve my routine...plus I involuntary Kegel all the effin' time

I actually do. I almost feel guilty for not doing something but I remind myself that rest is important as well. I have thoughts of what I could do to improve my sessions but again I have to remind myself of the old adage, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. I intend to up my routine some this year to do more hanging sessions and may add some clamping to the mix but I have some more reading to do on that before I start

Light manual stretching during hot shower

Warm up with heating pad for 10 minutes

Warm up/down with hot cloth for 5 minutes
200 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 3 sets @ 5 minutes with kegels during 1st and 2nd set and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during 3rd set (50 wet jelqs between each set)
CR for 1 hour
 
Still going strong for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] All-Star team L4G and I like the balance of your routine, doesn't seem too much or too little

you're making some of us other members of the team, who are in a state of hibernation at the moment reclining in chair and reflecting on the gains, quite proud and motivated to make a return

keep going and be careful, don't let the eagerness overdo a routine like i've done at times which lead to some minor injuries. i shall learn to find the right balance for healthy gains

Thanks for the kind and motivating words K. My routine is working for me so far and while I may add a little to it I do my best to not go too intense. I would much prefer smaller increments of gains rather than have an injury that knocks me out of the game for an extended period.

I was able to fit in a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session during the evening. 3 6 minute sets followed by CR for 1 hour

Dark chocolate chips are a good substitute too and they are healthy.
