Warm shower with 5 minutes manual stretching

Evening:

Hot cloth for 5 minutes
200 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] 3 sets @ 5 minutes each (kegels during 1st set at 50% pressure, 2nd set @ 70-80% pressure, 3rd set @ 100%, wet jelqs between sets
CR for 1 hour
 
OFFICIAL MEASUREMENTS ARE IN:

I took some measurements over the holidays to see how much progress I had made and while it was a little disappointing I reminded myself that even a small gain is something to celebrate.

Starting measurements:
BPFSL: 6"
NBPFL: 3.5"
BPEL: 6"
MSEG: 4 7/8"

Measurements as of 12/24/17 & 12/25/17 (Merry Christmas to me & the wife)
BPFSL: 6.5"
NBPFL: 4"
BPEL: 6.25"
MSEG: 5 1/8"

This would not have been possible without the help of all the brothers here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. I have learned a lot in my short time here and can't thank you all enough for the knowledge that made this possible. I am looking forward to 2018 and sharing my journey with everyone here.

These are incredible gains! 1/2" gain in girth and length! WOW! Very proud of you and I can see you gaining more and more, just keep riding this wave of motivation. This was a very cool gift this Christmas!

Thanks BSA. I was hesitant to post after the 1st measurement on 12/24/17 so I measured again the 25th to make sure. Just for kicks I took a bathroom break earlier and measured after taking the PF off and reached a BPFSL of 6 7/8". I am not sure if that means anything but it sure does make you feel good

Dude that is awesome. 1/2 a inch is a big difference. And you have proven with hard evidence what you're doing works. Keep it up.

Killer work man! I'm excited to see what stretching with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] then wearing the Phalloson will do for me as far as length. I'll be using them more days out of the week than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words].
