Morning:

Warm up during shower with light manual stretching

Evening:

Warm up with heating pad for 10 minutes
Hanging session 20 minutes at 5#
Warm down with hot cloth for 5 minutes
200 wet jelqs
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 5 minutes x 3 with kegels during sets 1 & 2 and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches during 3rd set
CR for 1 hour

After a suggestion from BSA I did some experimentation during my hanging session using the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]Phallosan[/words] and the results were less than impressive. I tried placing a CR at the back of the sleeve to reduce air entry but it still did not work. When I placed the 10# on my setup it would slip resulting in the glans cap rolling forward in the bell. I reduced the weight back to 5# and was able to complete the set. IMO, the PF is not going to be the best piece of equipment to use for hanging if you intend to hang more than 7.5 pounds.

Thanks Mike, I think you will enjoy the PF. Nothing like being able to stretch all day without having to pull on it yourself,:)

Got in some manual stretching during shower and 2 5 minute sets with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] and that was all

No PE this date as time was spent with the family

I did have a good Christmas and I hope you dod as well. Spent the time with my Son and Grandsons. Went to my Mothers for dinner and saw the rest of the family. Very calm and easy going. Got an awesome gift from my Mother that could not have come at a better time, I have been poor lately so She really helped out financially, God bless Her! I was able to get some toys for the Babies, not as nice I wish but some very generous people made up for it by giving the boys bikes :) Hopefully better times this year financially. But if not, whatever the Good Lord wills.

Family is the greatest love I have on this earth! The Brotherhood is a big part of my family too. Glad you had some quality time with your family!

Kegels during 1st set @ 60-70% pressure, CR at base during 2nd set @80% pressure and full pressure in 3rd set. Be it for a short time, I was able to reach the end of the gauge on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] during the 3rd set, this would be my new personal best in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words]
CR for 45 minutes

Are the dimensions for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hercules[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] the same?

I believe they're identical (and if not, very very close) I believe they just changed the names to make marketing more sensical

That's what I thought and they say the suction is better on the new models. Either way keep up the hard work!! I can't wait til I'm making out my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hercules[/words].
