10/19/17 started with light stretching in the shower followed by 8 hours in the PF. Had to cut the PF session short that day as my wife had furniture she wanted moved. My back was feeling the furniture moving so i did not get to my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session but was able to get in a 5x5x3 session with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words], actually more like 6x5x3. I included [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches in the 3rd set but also allowed the tube to hang during all 3 sets while doing kegels and lifting the tube until i could no longer lift it. After finishing the session, i was feeling it at the base and along the shaft so i felt the session was productive. I placed on a cock ring after the session for about 30 minutes to hold the expansion.

10/20/17 pretty much sucked. I only got 6 hours in the PF and only managed a short [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session with stretches in the 3rd set. This rearranging furniture is really cutting in to my PE routine but when wife is happy everybody is happy, lol

I was able to get in some light stretches in the shower and 2 sets with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] followed by 5 hours in the PF. I managed a full session with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] that evening doing the 5x5x3.

The good days make up for the bad days and we all have both. Never allow yourself to get down over a workout tat is not up to par, simply plan on working harder next time. One day in PE means very little.

...plus it's easy for that 'negativity' to start affecting other parts of your life. being strong/positive mentally will weather you through any/all storms

I started with a warm up and started off by doing 5 minutes of bundled stretches followed up with BTC. I wanted to give hanging another try and since I had found my 5 pound weight I thought this would work better than the 2 pounds. I was able to handle the 5 pound weight and did a session of 10 minutes to start off with. My plan is to work up my time to work up to 20 minutes of hanging at least once per day or every other day. I was not able to get in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session this day.

i like how you're trying different exercises and have different equipment to target multiple areas of growth, nice versatility

it seems a bit scattered, so the only advice i would give is get to know each of these exercises to their fullest potential before moving on to others, so u can really feel the value

it seems you're doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] a standard amount of time so that's fine, but i see for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] manual stretches u are sometimes doing bundles or some stretches for 5 minutes? i would suggest doing the entire [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] manual stretches which is a total of around 15-25 mins if u focus with good-high intensity and short breaks, just so u will feel the burn in the ligs more

but from another angle, maybe if the amount and type of PE u are doing now will motivate u to continue consistently then by all means do it ur way, usually its best to do it ur own way anyway

im just speaking from my mindset whenever i do PE or physical training i push myself and avoid any distractions

Thanks K, after reading my own thread, I see what you mean. I am all over the place on my routine. I see where my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] routine has been about the same but I need to look at my routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and settle in to something more focused before changing. I do want to add hanging to my routine with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] so if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to chime in, all advice is welcome.
