10/18/17 started as usual, stretching in the shower followed by the PF for 9 hours. I wanted to try my hand at more hanging last night so I pieced together some items that I thought would get me about 5 pounds as the 2 pounds is not enough. Not sure of exactly how much it was but it seemed a lot more intense than the 2 pounds I tried the night before. I started with 5 minutes of bundled stretches and once loose I was able to get 10 minutes hang time. It was not a full session as it was getting late so I went to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 5x5x3 and included [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches in the 3rd set. I did feel some soreness at my base and along the shaft this morning so I feel it was a decent workout. The soreness likely brought on by the hanging but I will continue to include this
