Ok, so i have a stretch idea. First of all, it may already exist. If so, i am sorry. this site is so vast, its impossible for me to filter thru all of it. 2ndly, i would like you gents who know tons about Penis Enlargement and the actual anatomy of our units to decide if its a safe and(or) effective stretch.

There is a stretch on this site i cant find and dont remember the name. the jist of it is sitting on chair, legs spread, bent at the knees, feet flat on floor. stretch unit to 1 side, then take a pvc pipe or device and press it into the base of your dick from the other side. while keeping pressure on it there, pull your dick back across the pvc pipe or device. thats the stretch i think will be 1/2 of this combo i am thinking of.

Now, whatever that ^ stretch is, will (hopefully) be implemented in this hanging exercise.

warm up, stay flacid, then go thru all your personal preps for hanging weight. (start with only a few lbs this time). hang the weight and slowly stand up. you will try this exercise to the left and right for balance (if its approved). for the sake of ease, we will go with left side for now. with a chair, bed or barstool to your left (depending on your height, i suppose) raise your leg and set your foot flat on the barstool (for this example) keep the stool to the left of you and try to have your knee and foot of your left body face completely to the left and the rest of your body facing forward. now that u have a half ass Captain Morgan pose, put your left hand on your left knee take your right hand and slide it down your right leg (keep your right leg straight). as your hand gets near or passed your right knee, you will notice quite the pull in the left base of your wanker and a decent stretch from the hanging weight.

Like i said, this could be a great dual threat exercise! it could already exist or it could be horrificly idiotic idea.
