I started a new girth routine in January that featured low-pressure pumping. After about three months, the jury's still out on my progress. The pumping, however, is definitely getting a little old. Sessions are not quite as intense or productive as they used to be. So I took a little time off last week and just resumed today with 20 minutes of clamping (2 x 10 minute sets, 5 min jelq warm-up). I think I'll continue to mix things up the next few months, but emphasize clamping again. I may cycle back onto a routine that features pumping at the end of the three months.

But the question still remains: Is all of this $#&% making a difference? In lieu of measuring girth, I've subjected my dick to the "roll test" in order to establish a bencHydromaxark for future "tests." The first shot below shows me immediately after placing on the clamp for my first set. The second shot shows me attempting to slide the roll on during this first set. I could get in on over my dickhead, but couldn't slide it any further down the shaft (I have the proverbial tapered dick, thickest at the base and thinning out toward the head). The third shot shows me wearing a ring with a hardon at the end of the workout. The last shot was taken a few minutes later and shows the unit and ring, at rest.
 
I've been following your progress on various boards for a couple of years, Brianrex. Maybe it is time you intensified things a little? When I clamp, I do 5 x 10 minute sets, doing various squeezes whenever I feel like I'm really maxed out.

Thanks, Spider. Looks like you've experienced some real success. Maybe it is time to up the intensity a bit.
 
Looking at these pictures its clear to me that changes are occuring in your penis Rex, for starters the veins are more prominent and your girth does look fatter.

I second that you need to make it more intense.
 
I'm glad Red agrees. I'm sure he'll also agree that you've been clamping and other Penis Enlargementing long enough to be experienced enough to push things further without hurting yourself.

Well, guys, I've taken your advice about ratching up the intensity a bit. Had a GREAT clamping session today! 5 minutes jelquing to warm up, followed by 5 x 10 minute sets of clamping. Stayed SUPenis EnlargementR hard the whole time. Got much thicker than normal. It was a really good workout. Will wear my cock-ring for the next few hours. I guess we'll see how long the unit can take this and whether I'll realize any gains.
 
Brianrex, you should try(you might even) wet jelqing, I just started doing this while clamped lightly and my pumps are pretty darn cool.

i have been doing 500 wet jelqs then clamping straight after doing squeezez, uli, and jelq also kegels in there. i cant half see the difference from that, only been at it a week but its great!!

just an idea
