I've done a lot of research on Penis Enlargement, and now I feel my dick was a stranger before! haha... well now we are best buddies
Anyways... the more you know, the more you feel you don't know!
and I would like to ask the experienced guys a few questions:
1) Stretching:
What do you feel has been more beneficial, "intensity over quanity" or "quantity over intensity"?
Also as stretching seems to work on the ligaments, then would it be more beneficial to keep those ligaments stretched rather than stratch hard and wait for it to heal?
2) Jelquing:
I perform jelqs as hard as I can, and stop when stining pains start. I can feel my dick swell, and by knowing how the thing is made inside it helps me visualise what is going on. Thing is no matter how intense I make my reps, I don't really get a worked out feeling at the end, and I'm quite sure I've performed them at different qualities of erection. Is this normal? Is the erection highly influential in this exercise?
I also perform kegels to get as much blood as I can inside, but sometimes when I jelq the uretra passage that swells with kegels really stings.
If this is normal, then when do you decide you must take a rest?
3) Kegels:
Will these give permanent girth as many people suggest? Or is it just a blood flow enhancer with extra benefits not relative to size?
4) Toilet Compressions (or the ATS method):
same as jelq, don't get any worked out feeling. But everynow and then get a stinging feeling, then I stop. I squeeze the top and bottom of my penis, leaving the sides free. The penis assumes a wider shape.
5) Diet? :
In bodybuilding it is recommended to overeat and to maximise intake of vitamins, proteins and other nutrients, in order to maximise muscle gain. People generally don't associate this practise with Penis Enlargement, I wonder what you guys have to say on this topic?
It also seems to make sense that a body with extra calorie intake is more likely to increase cell count, rather than a body with lower calorie intake. For example, the body kills cells it does not need in order to preserve a calorie balance.
