I started Penis Enlargementing about 3 months ago. I'm currently doing DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I feel some soreness/minor pain in my ligs when I do downward stretches. I begin to feel this pain with a very light pull, and the pain appears to be from stretching the day before.

I can pull somewhat harder than the minimum required to feel soreness/pain without the pain becoming much greater. However, the pain becomes quite significant if I pull hard.

Should I stretch to the limit of what I can take in terms of the pain? Or, should I stretch lighter until I just feel the pain, or somewhere in between?

I've tried taking a break from Penis Enlargementing, and it takes a couple days before I can stretch without feeling soreness in my ligs. As of late I've continued to stretch almost every day, so my ligs are constantly sore to some extent. Would it be better to take a day off here and there to let my ligs recover to the point that I don't feel soreness next time I stretch?

Lig soreness can be tough and stretching though the soreness can be even tougher. I usually pushed through it because I figured the soreness meant gains, not always the case:) When I was so sore that it was painful I would take the day off from that exercise. The good news is this does not always happen, only in the beginning of penis enlargement and when you change into a more intense routine.

A trick I have been using is alternating between your left and right hand. I go about 15 seconds each stretch. I go in all directions whichever feels like the best pull at the moment. Usually I will get these going while I am in a restroom anywhere by the end of the session the tunica stretch is so killer I have to quit. The point is I don't pull with both hands at once anymore. I pull with each hand separately. I feel like I have more time for stretching. Sort of like swimming strokes. I go right hand 15 seconds, left hand 15 sec. Repeat: in all directions; definitely a worthy workout.

I stretch that way too, but I use the free hand with an OK grip at the extreme base and pull stretching in the opposite direction. Same time as you do. I'll flip to the Mandingo stretch unexpectedly; makes for some proficient stretching.

That is how I rocked it from day one, just seemed natural.

I've been stretching harder the past few days, and I'm really feeling it in my ligs. I heard a light "pop" a couple days ago, and it gave me a bit of a start, but there wasn't any no sharp pain or anything.

Do your ligs give you clear warning signs (e.g. sharp pain) as you approach a pull that could cause injury, or do your ligs just tear, etc. without warning? Any idea what force is typically required to significantly injure a lig? (I'd guess I'm pulling at 20 lbs of force or less)
