Hey guys, just want to share an interesting idea that might help you in your pe journey. I just finished watching this documentary on kung fu and how they train. They say it takes about 2-4 years to master some of the techniques so I'm guessing it's similar to pe. They train daily to make the exercises second nature, instead of working our body we are doing vigorous pe daily just like they train for kung fu or the military.
One of the training methods they use is to workout for 30 min. before they eat in the morning, or you can do it whenever you wake basically. The same concept can be applied to pe. My plan starting tomorrow is to do one set of stretching, 1 set of hanging, and Red's kegel routine before I eat. The meal will be my reward. If you want you can add a couple of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions in between. After you eat you can put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] until your ready for your main workout.
I've made a complete workout utilizing all the equipment that I've been tweaking every day and I believe I reached close to a final copy routine. I can post it if you like. Lately I've been really seriously doing my main workout and I'm starting to see that the gains are getting quite serious. P.E is starting to become very real for me now but I think it's very true that they said it takes a minimum two years to master so this is a good goal. Let me know what you guy's think.
