Hey guys, just want to share an interesting idea that might help you in your pe journey. I just finished watching this documentary on kung fu and how they train. They say it takes about 2-4 years to master some of the techniques so I'm guessing it's similar to pe. They train daily to make the exercises second nature, instead of working our body we are doing vigorous pe daily just like they train for kung fu or the military.

One of the training methods they use is to workout for 30 min. before they eat in the morning, or you can do it whenever you wake basically. The same concept can be applied to pe. My plan starting tomorrow is to do one set of stretching, 1 set of hanging, and Red's kegel routine before I eat. The meal will be my reward. If you want you can add a couple of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions in between. After you eat you can put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] until your ready for your main workout.

I've made a complete workout utilizing all the equipment that I've been tweaking every day and I believe I reached close to a final copy routine. I can post it if you like. Lately I've been really seriously doing my main workout and I'm starting to see that the gains are getting quite serious. P.E is starting to become very real for me now but I think it's very true that they said it takes a minimum two years to master so this is a good goal. Let me know what you guy's think.

That's a fanastic idea truant! Keep a record in the progress forum so we can all get an idea of how to practice it in our routines.
 
I like the idea of morning Penis Enlargement. Especially girth work. First off, most men (healthy men) have "morning wood" and certain hormones are slightly higher in the morning as well. Might as well take advantage of an already favorable time of day and do some Penis Enlargement! PLUS, I've always felt it's easier to jump out of bed, wake up, do some Penis Enlargement and get on with the day. Lord knows most guys are already busy enough. Get up a little earlier than you might normally, get your Penis Enlargement done for the day and you don't have to worry about it later, or when you get home in the evening. Fewer chances for excuses with that approach. No "sigh, I sure had a long day, I'm tired...gonna eat, have a cold one...." before you realize it, you're ready for bed and NO Penis Enlargement is done. "Tomorrow never comes" for the Penis Enlargement guy who procrastinates.
 
Thanks for the responses guys just saw them now. Interesting stillwantmore, you say girth work in the morning because of morning wood. I do my main workout at night so before that I'm most likely going to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] during the day. I'm trying to decide whether I should do a set of stretching, hanging, or girth work when I wake up before I slap on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm thinking a quick set of stretching before wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] would be the best exercise to do. And Turnover that's a wonderful idea, I need to make a progress thread with my routine and maybe even pics so I can always have it on hear to look back on. Thanks
