Yeah, I owned a gym and I got a lot of workouts in and became very muscular. I have not weight trained since that time. But I do have a lot of muscle memory. So i'm i'm looking pretty good right now.With what i'm doing.

That's great news. Be sure to include cardio as part of your workout, as that will burn fat while you gain muscle
