I've been using this plan for about three weeks, and I took measurement cold this afternoon and my girth was a bit over 5.5 uppershaft and a bit above 5.75 and nearly 6 at the base... I've been using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and short jelq as a superset, usually doing five rotations... I felt like this was almost incomplete in amount of work and increasing blood flow and decreasing fluid build up... so I came up with a routine that attacked all areas of concern using a few different methods...

1. Warm up with Hot Water (not scalding but hotter than warm)
2. Hit 300 jelqs broken up into sets of 100 for improved blood flow and guaranteeing an excellent warm-up as well as keeping the fluid build up down...
3. Doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and Short Jelq superset for 10 rotations....

The biggest difference is using the hot water in between the bouts of jelqing and after the initial five supersets.... I've been quite happy doing this routine over the last few weeks, and I am nearly positive this will put me over the 6 " mark in the next six to twelve weeks...

The jelq routine is essential because for me I have really bad bouts with bruising so it helps to keep me from being beat up, and at the same time the additional blood flow keeps me from having to take breaks from over use with the high intensity exercises....
 
good routine...i kind of do something similar....dld double jelq bends superset with isolate compression squeeze...and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]...keep it up...you'll hit 6" in no time
 
Ive used hot water since Ive started. Girth has also always been easier to gain. There was a time period when I didnt do a warmup at all, gains slowed and injuries crept in. Warming up alot is very beneficial.

Im also on a very similar routine with mixing jelqing with SSJs and then hot water. Has been working really well for me also. Congrats to the good work.
 
how often do you do your routine? I'm doin a similar girth routine one on one off, but I've been wondering if I could do it more often.

Same here, I have no idea how anyone does girth WITHOUT constantly warming up.... I just have one of those 2 liter ice cream buckets filled with hot water with a handcloth, and I warm up every couple minutes.....

BUT unlike you guys, I still cant gain a goddamn point of girth, no matter what i do.....

But edging, that is holding some promise for me....
 
Water doesnt seem to help me gain , but it def prevents injuries. My dick is way more ready to be pushed to the limit when warm water is used than when not.
 
I must be a lucky one....I mostly concetrate on girth exercises and I do not warm up. I've gone from 5.25 to just under 6. I started Penis Enlargementing in Sept. I have a family and I work long hours so its very hard to take the amount of time needed to really get into a Penis Enlargement routine. I usually try to do some exercises in the bathroom or in the shower in the mornings.
