I've been using this plan for about three weeks, and I took measurement cold this afternoon and my girth was a bit over 5.5 uppershaft and a bit above 5.75 and nearly 6 at the base... I felt like this was almost incomplete in amount of work and increasing blood flow and decreasing fluid build up... so I came up with a routine that attacked all areas of concern using a few different methods...
1. Warm up with Hot Water (not scalding but hotter than warm)
2. Hit 300 jelqs broken up into sets of 100 for improved blood flow and guaranteeing an excellent warm-up as well as keeping the fluid build up down...
3. Doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and Short Jelq superset for 10 rotations....
The biggest difference is using the hot water in between the bouts of jelqing and after the initial five supersets.... I've been quite happy doing this routine over the last few weeks, and I am nearly positive this will put me over the 6 " mark in the next six to twelve weeks...
The jelq routine is essential because for me I have really bad bouts with bruising so it helps to keep me from being beat up, and at the same time the additional blood flow keeps me from having to take breaks from over use with the high intensity exercises....
