In my experience, once locked in it stays that way. For the more adventurous people, wearing them AROUND YOUR BOSS, I would attach a safety fail to your underpants. With the shape of the cylinder, similar to a penis, I have received interesting feminine stairs at the supermarket from my class act bulge

I didn't see any "money-back guarantee," but I'm assuming, at this point, that you are like all the experts on this site and would refund our money, no problem? (I guess I just didn't see a money-back guarantee and wondered, for the record).

I sure like the looks of this invention. The pictures are kinda fuzzy, though. It would be nice to get high resolution. Also to see it in action on a model or two, both covered with clothes as well as uncovered.

How large ID does it accomodate? Any problem if the head is normally about 6" circumference?

I'd like to see how you would suggest tractioning the device. I'm sure that no one is going off to work dragging a 20 lb dumbbell.

One other question-- these vacuum connectors-- I suppose one or the other of a pair has a check valve. What are they called and can one find them at a store or outlet, individually? I have another need for a few of them. Thanks.

If the product is defective I will replace it no problem. The sizing is very precise, and I'm sure once you try the product, it will fit like no other. Usually with great dissapointment. I had a $15,000.00 surgery on my penis and was introduced to the world of these style hangers. No more pain, slippage and fitting issues. They came at a hefty price though, around $375.00. I have cut that by a third, and refuse to make a ridiculous profit off of men JUST LIKE ME.

The ID are as follows, below 5" 1.25 ID, 5-6" 1.5" ID, the specialty size of 5.5-6.25" has a 1 5/8" ID, the 6-7" has a 1.75" ID.

As for tractioning, light weight such as 3-5 pounds if privacy is available, in the stealth mode straping the desired tension to a belt or the like provides an Excellent long-term stretch.

As for the couplings, they are difficult to purchase individually. I use CPC couplings. IF you buy them on your own make sure that the ID match into the male and female connectors. Also, I offer the couplings with the spare hosing seperately on the mynewsize website.

2.) Vacuum secures the hanger against the side walls of the cylinder, the sheaths expand with the penis, or lack there of to increase grip potential.
3.) they are suspended 100% in those images, take a closer look notice the shadows under ect. . . My wife took those pictures. I appologize my penis stretches that far now!

The entire penis does not have to be "packed" to create a grip, often my glans aren't to the wall. The 5-6" cylinder is 1.5" diameter, meaning x 3.14(pi) is 4.71+" circumference.

I purchased it a few weeks to prepare for surgery. They reccommend pumping, as well as weight training pre-surgery.
