Hey forum! First of all, a shout out to DLD for this amazing world of PE he created. I am new to PE and I really want to start things with the right foot and get the most out of my exercises, so I have a few questions. First of all, I would kindly ask if someone could tell me if I should start with the flat-out [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] and apply the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] principles or just the routine? Also, I can't afford to pay for the information on the pay site so I would appreciate if someone told me how to move to the next phase after i have gained all that I can from the first Phase of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Also, should I take some sort of supplements to increase my blood-flow right away or should I wait for my penis to get used to the stretching and pulling? Please bear in mind that I can only do manual work since I can't afford any equipment...I would appreciate any form of feedback. Peace out!

Then read it again. It has taken me months to start to understand how it all works together. It's a lot to absorb, but it has the principles you need to understand how PE works,Even with no equipment. Where you go from here is, of course, up to you. So learn the principles and be conscious of your own body and how YOUR penis responds to the process.
I'm still a newbie but I am sure there is plenty of information here on the free forum to guide you past the newbie phase. Read and experiment, with due caution, and open your mind to applying what you learn.
Once you move on from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] I would suggest making sure you are doing stretches that work the ligaments, tunica (bundled stretches for example ), and inner penis (expressive stretching).
Slow Squash Jelqs have been good for my girth. Save up for a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] if you can!
You shouldn't need supplements if you are in good health. If you're not... Work on getting there. PE requires long term commitment not just to your penis, but to your whole body, mind, and dare I say spirit, for best results!

This is great advice FireDragon, I can already tell that you will be a major poster on this forum. Your understandings and altruism is great! Keep up the good work because anyone who helps his Brother with dedication and love ends up gaining better!
