well you probably already know but baby powder helps and you can grip a inch or so behind the glans get a tight grip start pulling then you grab the hand your pulling with. Now use both hands so you can get more power thats what I do.

I've used baby powder plenty of times, but it only helps when my hands are sweaty. And I do add the second hand every once in a while, but some times it seems to get in the way

did you try grabbing your wrist or you can use your other palm to push with your gripped hand. and yes its better to use baby powder when sweaty or after a wet cloth or shower warm-up. Yea grabbing my wrist with the second hand helps the most. I think i'm just getting impatient for some kind of results. I keep seeing people making gains after just a month and I'm not getting shit even though I pull like I'm trying to rip it off lol
 
You may be pulling too hard....try to divide and conquer using the same intensity but different angles

If you pull too hard you have the possibility of putting the tissues into a mode where they automatically toughen up, so it's a good idea to relax while doing your stretches and focus on long held duration's when stretching.
 
I'm glad you said that. I'm so tired tonight I'm not getting nearly as strong of a pull as usual. Normally I pull my shit til it hurts

yes Iron made a good point you should be relaxed and pull very slowly to your full stretch I find this the most effective way to stretch I myself sometimes breath deep in hold for 3 seconds then breath out with eyes closed while stretching feeling my stomach and groin area relaxing while I get a more effective stretch.

ya I know what your saying I felt the same way but you have to work at length every day and us your brain. I didn't see any length gains till I kept consistent and did proper stretches.I had combined hanging a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and mannual stretches but I have finally gained and I think its because of stretching everyday and healing in a extended state.

I often do reverse kegels like DLD recommended
 
*Warm up first when possible.

*Make sure you're relaxed .. pull very easily at first until you can feel resistance disappear and that last bit of length stretch out .. pulling after that is hitting the right tissues instead of like Iron warned going backwards by just making everything tougher.

*(So long ago that I'd forgotten it .. have a 12 or 13 year history at this) I used to use a dry washcloth between hand and the glans for extra 'grab' when doing pulls and cranks. The grip was a -vast- improvement. I'd characterize the quality/texture of those washcloths as being 'cheapy' .. good ones might not grab as well. The cheapy ones were a bit 'abrasive' .. but the grip was kapow.

*Pull from different angles. 'Cranks' are the default concept for this, and I've done those forever, but also find that pulling strongly in a particular direction for 30 seconds, then a different one, etc, to be quicker gains than regular Cranks. Plus also mix in cranks too.

*Grabbing at the top at the glans, or grabbing halfway down the shaft, works different tissues. I find the best way to take advantage of this is to grab at the top at the glans with one hand .. and then to use the thumb of the free hand midway along the shaft to introduce varying angles and force-multiplying fulcrum-ing to the pulls. Hope that made sense.

*Maybe add some Cranks and fulcrumed angles ('Piss-Pulls' -- getting in some brief extra length exercises) several times a day .. like when you have to go take a piss. Gives you some additional stressor time-under-tension for the day and can be useful for prefatiguing before a Penis Enlargement workout.

*Look up Bundling, or someone that doesn't have to run explain it here .. you'll like it.

*Some final thing I wanted to say, dangit. Oh! DLD's Footlong Stretches. These are insane. You'll need to be of a certain amount of length or yoga-bendy-ness to use these .. and be SURE that you're warmed up and relaxed ... but wow, enjoy :)

Ah yes! German Stallion's expressive pullout thread! A great read and I believe it is a must to know for everyone that wants to improve their length sessions.

What I'd add ti this is just DLD Blaster principle. Although the exercise is amazing- the principle itself applies to any length exercise. Just tire off your PC beforehand and you're ready to go :)

I already do a lot of bundled work and pretty much everything you said, except for the wash cloth thing. That seems like it would be pretty painful lol. I've tried using a t-shirt before, but my hands get the best grip by themselves. And I forgot about the footlong stretches. Haven't done those in years. I'll try them again tonight and see if I can still do it haha. Thanks

OK? Can anyone explain why they would tire off their PC muscle? I've done PC workouts for over 10 years, but I do not fully understand this? Why tire the PC muscle?
