I am going to simply this theory due to the amount of questions that I have received on this cause the original thread by bib was not in my opinion or others very well explained on how to get your LOT.


Theory:

The shorter, tighter or higher the ligs, the higher the angle required to lose ‘tug back’ when stretching the penis and kegaling at the same time.

The shorter, tighter, or higher the ligs, the more ‘inner’ penis, and the more quick, easy gains which are possible, and possibly the more total gains which are possible as the ligs are lengthened.

The longer, looser, or lower the ligs, the less ‘inner’ penis, and the harder the gains and possibly less total gains which are possible.

The longer time spent Penis Enlargementing, the lower the angle at which tug back is lost due to a lengthening of the ligs. This assumes Penis Enlargement is performed at lower angles, at least somewhat, by all subjects.

The less time spent Penis Enlargementing, the higher the angle at which tug back is lost because ligs have not been stretched.

For those with shorter, tighter, or higher ligs, a lengthening of the ligs correlates with a lowering of angle of tug back loss, and an increase in penis length.

Assumption: Those with more length gains started with shorter, tighter, or higher ligs and their ligs have been lengthened through Penis Enlargement. It would be nice to have starting measures for tugback loss and erection angle, but I think the stats speak to this problem. I know that for myself, before Penis Enlargement, my tug back loss angle Had to be extremely high. If you started with high ligs, and you have made good gains, you will probably recognize that your entire package is now lower, indicating an increase in the length of your ligs.

As concerns erection angle vs. tug back angle loss, it must be realized that other factors affect erection angle other than lig tightness such as erection strength and tunica shape.

How to figure out your LOT

While Standing, Take you penis in either hand and grap it and pullit up toward your chin. This is 12:00, flex your PC muscle, you should have a tug back, next got to 11:00 and so on, down to 6:00. Once you get to 9:00 which is the position were your penis is parallel with the floor that is 9:00. Once you get there you man or may not start having LOT (Loss of Tug back)

For example if you go to 9:00 and flex your pc and you don't have tug back, your LOT is 9:00, if you go below that and you loose your tug back at lets say 7:00 the thats your LOT. 7:00.
 
I have not been able to follow this at Thunders and I know there were some side experiments going on with this theory, what is the latest verdict on this? There was talk that one LOT changes and I believe someone was charting this part of the theory. Has anyone made significant gains changing their routine based on LOT?
 
to findout you LOT, should you be erect?
when you say tugback, you mean you can feel a bit of tension where you PC muscle is trying to pull you penis down?

Yes I have, I have totaly goten away from hanging below 9:00 ie, BTC, SD. And now all I do is OTS and Fulrcum SO becasue I could not get anything else outa BTS or SD cause my ligs were exhausted.

So you have seen good gains since you have changed?
 
Yes, I cant give mesasuremts yet, but my flaccid hang is a lot bigger and my erect length looks ungodly so I will give measuremetns in aobut 3 months, dont want to get discouraged!

I can now fit both hands around my dick though which is defiantly a new thing!
 
I gained I'm at 7.6 NBPenis EnlargementL. I can’t believe it; I have not gained in years!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can’t believe it. DLD asked me how much Igained and I said I don’t know, that I did not want to measure, then I was like, WTF why not! I was always 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL but not NBPenis EnlargementL!!!! I can’t believe it. I will post pics tonight!! All I can say it Hang, Hang, and Hang, and edge, edge, edge some more and wear "The Ring of Power” I cannot believe this shit. This is amazing!! It’s been 2 years since I have gained!! Thanks to Still and DLD, I own this to you guys.

I have a question about this lot theory. Can a person work both ligs and tunica during workout sessions, but with different exercises? I figure that my ligs have a little more to be gained from, but I have always thought that the tunica, would be where my biggest gains would come from. I am thinking that I will implement some tough routines for the tunica today, along side my normal day to day lig routines. My new schedule would be broken up like this: 80% tunica exercises & 20% lig exercises. They should not conteract each other? I just don't want to loose what I have gained in the lig department! Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Whatever the type of exercises you are doing, ie, hanging, manuals. If you want to train both you need to hit them both. Thats what I do sometimes, I will hang at a OTS postition and then at a SO postion, and then you can go to a BTC postion.

Or you can do all hang all above 9:00 one day and then all below it the next. I dont see anything wrong with training both. I have always believed in it. Right now I dont casue I have never hit the tunica in 5 years so I i really need to catch up!

There have been several reports of changing LOT, including from myself. I think most people were hanging and stretching for the ligs pre-LOT theory, although there were some hitting the tunica or both, like you. A guy called mm has made good gains from following the theory, he posts here as mmfor9.

Overall there isn't a verdict, just random reports. People have an aversion to tunica stretching because there is talk of it being difficult, IMO it's another excuse for people to not put the effort in to gain. We need more reports but so far it is holding up.

Did you see the experiment results DLD I can't remember? We had a few gainers, nothing really major and quite a few dropped out. One guy's LOT lowered quite a bit after gaining nearly an inch from lig stretching.

Nah...but it's a shame that more data could have been produced. It seemed like a ton of guys were just confused and/or not willing to understand the theory. I kept things simple and went 50/50 Lig and tunica.
