Been erect jelqiong for about a month and a half and besides better erections I havent noticed much gains besides post Temporary Gains...should I have seen results already or am I on the rite track?

Temporary gains, with coonsistency and hard work, will turn into permenant gains. A month and a half is nothing compared to what most guys have endured. It takes time, determination, and effort. You get what you put in. So keep working at it and develop a routine that's good for you and you'll see those permenant gains.

Monday-Wednesday
Warm up
Twenty minutes of stretching: btc only.

Thursday-Saturday
Warm up
Clamped TOW
Clamped squeezes
Then I end with 3x15 of.Redz Frendo.

I'd also like to add, don't forget to just kegel throughout the day, helps ease the dick.

Girth work takes 6 months to show good result. Length work takes 3 months to show good result. The girth exercise you have been doing is too weak. Get yourself a mityvac or bathmate pump and do a solid routine that consist of pumping and SSJ
