in the downward stretch Poisson (sitting). i dug in to my base(under fat pad).example:
where you put ruler for bone pressed mesurments. frist i pulled the ligs as i read above. but after a month i got rough and rough with the ligs. until i twisted the ligs in the body.

example. "with my free hand, i used my index and thumb. to dig around the ligs. but when i pinched thoses stubern ligs i turn therm in a clock wise motion.Wile Iam still in downward stretch possion which over all weekend the ligs in this area which enable me to :
1.get a more intense stretch.
2.weaken my ligs.
3. faster lig pops during regular pe. creating gains.

I have personaly seen gain i just wanted to share info.

my new plain is to attack the suspensory ligament as does the sergury. i'll post prgress and pic. yes pics, most of you know i am agist pics but...
i must... nay i will post because i bleave i have stumbled on a missing link to gains.
 
so far its been almost 2 months I been throwing it in with a warm up. I have put on .25 but that is too soon to give a pic i want to give this a full 3-5 months to see where it goes but so far i am impressed at what i see. this is not a dld saction exrcise thats why it has not caught on. but after a conversatin with other members i will be posting other pe exercise i know of and heard about on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words].
