I used a tailors tape to measure my girth and it was a fraction under 7"!!! My length was also a fraction under 7" I put on my cock ring for about an hour to hold the expansion as much as possible before my night with the missez. By the time we got down to business I'd say I was around 6.5" girth. The missez loved it! And on both holes!! Took it like a champ 😂😂 all in all I had an excellent night.

There is some water retention under the head ( doughnut ) but nothing for me to worry about. For me to get above 6.5" girth or anywhere close to 7" I'd definitely need to upgrade to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words]. For now I'll continue with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] and I'm going to start a clamping routine when my clamp arrives this week .

I am waiting on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] now. I still have a little while before I will need it but it will be there when I get ready for it. I am still trying to perfect my technique to get the maximum expansion from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] but it is working. Which clamp did you order? I have been looking at getting one of those as well

You will get there buddy. I've ordered the medium clamp after ordering the wrong one first time round 😂 I have a large one sat here doing nothing.
 
So today was a productive training day for me. Today's routine is below and also I've provided a link to a video of my post [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] measurements.

Hanging session...
15 kg for 20 minutes

Not your normal 5x5x3 which most people follow. I have decided to change things up a little.

First set...medium pressure 5 minutes. Pressure released slightly for 2 minutes before pumping back up to just under full pressure for 3 -4 minutes before removing.

Second set.. for this set I pump full package, ball an all. Full pressure ( by hand ) for 4 minutes. Pressure released to medium pressure for 2 minutes. Pump back up to full pressure with the wine vac filling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] for a further 4 minutes. When doing this second set I performed hardcore stretches between 30-60 seconds, up, out and down.

Third set... Full package, full pressure with the wine vac. 1 minute stretch up, 1 minute stretch out, 1 minute stretch down. Release pressure to medium for 1 minute. Full pressure with wine vac filling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x30[/words] fully. 1 minute stretch up, out , down . Leave [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] on for a further 2 minutes before removing.

Set number four... Cold water set for 3 minutes.

Set number five ... Cold water set for 4 minutes.

All throughout the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] session I have started wearing a cock ring just below the head. The reason for this is experimental and two fold...
1- to see if it reduces the doughnut effect.
2- to see if it helps to increase the size of the head. I took the idea from one of reds threads of increasing head size.

This experiment may or may not work but I've noticed the doughnut is reduced on this [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] session compared to my previous session on Saturday. There is still some fluid retention but not as much. Whether or not my experiment will indeed increase my head size is yet to be seen, but during my sets my head looked huge!! Bigger than normal.

Is it a certain manufacturer you are using, I have looked at the Malehanger clamp
 
stills clamp looks top notch and im sure ill get one at some point when i get to grips with clamping.
the first clamp i ordered was the cable clamp brand from rutlands . my fault ordering the wrong one. the second , medium clap is from amazon and its made by cablecuff pro.

thank you. i wanted to make a video of the post workout expansion to show its real. when reading older threads on pumping and expansion there seems to be a lot of doubters so i wanted to prove to anyone who views this log that it is indeed real. no one could ever doubt it or say its fake with it being a video and not a picture. granted this is only post expansion and by no means a true size , but , with prolonged expansion like this will turn itself into real gains eventually and when that day comes i will post another video of that measurement. i am extremely confident that my erect length and girth will go up with this type of workout.

If I set everything up correctly going in by getting a very light seal before packing everything in , it's absolutely fine with no discomfort at all. The only problem occurs when I try to remove the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words] because it gets stuck haha .

This was my reason for doing it. I hate it when I read posts from brothers who are willing to show gains only to be doubted and put down. I want to prove to any non believers that you can indeed change our size with hard work and dedication. I think more brothers would post pictures or videos of gains if we didn't have negative non believers who obviously haven't gained due to improper training. We shouldn't have to prove ourselves but it certainly helps others, especially any newbies to realise PE works.

Yeah. I can't see me getting any more expansion with it to be honest. To be able to fill out more than I already am , I need more room. Same with my length, I'm filling that too.
