Warm-up
I've changed things slightly. Rather than hold the stretch for time , I've been holding each stretch for kegels.

Getting through the 5 minutes if this stretch was tough!
Hanging session
20 minute set hanging with 7.5 kg , I'm still taking it easy.
Notes
Adding the kegels to this routine is a game changer! Not only am I getting the kegels in that I need , I'm also putting my cock through strain it's never experienced before.
All in all , this was an excellent session.
