Session 13

Warm up- lenghtmaster bundles , 30 seconds clock wise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC

Main session - lenghtmaster bundles, 2 minutes, clockwise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC squat. Expressive stretch 2 minutes × 3 sets

Hanging session

Set 1
11.5 kg hung SD for 20 minutes swinging while alternating between clockwise and anti clockwise position's.

Set 2

After reaching a considerable amount of fatigue from my first hanging set I decided to drop the weight to 7.5 kg so I could hang a 2nd 20 minute set to completion.

7.5 kg hung SD for 20 minutes swung but without bundled .

Notes

I missed a few stretches in my lenghtmaster routine but I more than made up for it with a second hanging set. I'm happy with the workout tonight.

A slight change to my routine today due to a busy schedule.

Lenghtmaster warm up bundles consisting of 30 second duration.

Lenghtmaster BTC squat stretch, 2 minutes with moderate tension.
Lenghtmaster BTC squat stretch, 5 minutes high tension.
Lenghtmaster BTC squat stretch, 6 minutes extremely high tension.

Erect stretch 30 seconds ×4

Notes- even though I had limited time today the workout described was more than adequate to reach the desired feeling of fatigue. That is good news knowing you can do less work and get the same results.

These are the squats I made the video for in the lenghtmaster section. You place the lenghtmaster handles under the heals of your feet. Very powerful stretch.
 
Greetings. Well, I found my way over to your thread. you had mentioned that you could answer my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] questions over here, so I have 2 that I hope you can help with. The first is regarding the positioning and grip of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]. It appears, in the photos and videos, that the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] grips the Penis between the top and bottom of the shaft, just behind the head, correct? But from what I understand, the dorsal vein in the penis runs along the topside, and is prone to injury. So, I've come across many posts in various PE forums warning against putting pressure on the top part of the penis, and rather the sides instead. This is why some of the hangers, such as the bib hanger (which I used to own) grips from the sides rather than top and bottom. Can you comment on this? This other issue is that I am uncut, and when it comes to stretching with devices or even manually, this is, and has always been a problem. I can do the stretches, by pulling the foreskin back, wrapping etc. But not without pain. And a lot of it! I suspect that uncut guys are a lot more sensitive beneath the foreskin for the simple fact that it's never exposed and allowed years to "toughen up" so to speak. I know other guys have this same problem, because I've read numerous posts to that effect. Now, if I leave all or at least part of the foreskin over the penis head, it is much less painful and is manageable. But then, you end up stretching your foreskin, which may be fine for some gentlemen, but I am not one of them. So, these are the two issues: 1)pressure on the dorsal vein and 2) how to wrap and stretch for an uncut guy that isn't painful. Oh, and just for the record, I ordered my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] last night. I just want to get all my ducks in a row before it arrives. Thanks for any help you can offer. I'm glad you found my thread and I am more than happy to try and answer your questions.
First of all you are indeed correct about the dorsal nerve and it not being a great idea to apply too much pressure in that area. However , that being said , when you stretch with your hands with an OK grip behind the head you will apply some amount of force on the nerve.
What I haven't described in full detail in my videos when putting on the lenghtmaster is the exact location. This is important to minimalise any unwanted pressure on the dorsal nerve. I place the lenghtmaster in the same position as I would place a hanger, around 1 inch back from the head and clamp down so it grips the penis internals and then gently push forwards so it rests just behind the head. Its way you are not screwing down and applying pressure directly on top of the nerve.

As for your second question , I must admit I'm a little stumped. Maybe asking the question in the lenghtmaster section may get an answer from someone with experience using the lenghtmaster un-cut.

Thanks for the quick reply. I feel I should point out, though, that the dorsal nerve, at least according to Wikipedia, runs down the entire top length of the penis. So positioning and clamping an inch back of the head does not avoid putting pressure on this nerve. And yet, it's clear that a lot of guys are using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], and I haven't heard yet of any nerve damage. I wonder if DLD has considered this potential problem. If anyone would know, he would. I guess another option, if You think about it, would be to attach the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] from the sides. Just a thought. But hey, gotta explore the possibilities, yes? I understand what you are saying and I've experimented placing the lenghtmaster sideways as you described and it works exactly the same. Using it like that would at least give you the piece of mind that you are not putting any unwanted pressure on the dorsal nerve. I have used the lenghtmaster for some time without any problems at all though to be honest placing it on top of the shaft.
You have educated me somewhat regarding the dorsal nerve. I understood it ran the entirety of the penis but I always thought it was most vulnerable directly behind the penis head. You learn something new every day 😆
I'm glad you have purchased the lenghtmaster as it truly is a fantastic piece of equipment and I hope you have as much success with it as I have.

All in good time my friend. This stretch has got to be one of the most powerful stretches I've done so far. It is so powerful that I have not had to hang for the last two days. The feeling I have at the base of my cock is unreal. I really think this exercise is going to get me over the dreaded hump I've been stuck at for a long time.

What a day!! I've never trained like I have today. My ligs are goosed! The lenghtmaster squat stretch has taken over. This one stretch alone has more impact on me than anything else I have ever done. I really think this stretch is going to help me make some fantastic gains.

Notes - only two sessions today but I definitely feel the work that I've done. The ache I have at my base is beautiful! If I keep this level of intensity up and push it throughout the month I can only gain.
Something is definitely different in the way I'm training because last night I didn't get an erection which is something that always happens. I must be pretty fatigued for that to happen . Gains gains gains, bring on those fucking gains !!!
 
As a side note I think I may have stumbled appon a way to pre exhaust the ligaments! I don't know if this has been covered before so ill add it here rather than the main forum in case it has.

To pre exhaust the ligs simply do a bundle stretch either with your hands or with the lenghtmaster. You must perform the bundle SD for it to work. Once you are in the downward position, kegel hard for a minimum of 50 reps. As you reach 25- 30 kegels you will feel the ligs begin to warm up nicely and then as you reach 50 they will be burning! If you bundle anti clockwise it's will affect the ligs on the right side and clockwise will affect the left. Two sets of these will set you up for any lig exercise. Give it a try and let me kow what you think. DLD I would love your opinion on this please.
 
Unfortunately the last two days haven't been very productive for me. I have had to take the whole weekend off from training.
Normally the weekend is not the best time for me to train anyway when it comes to my full routine but I would normally get something done.
At the beginning of the week I started to notice I was a little sore around my base after shaving and as the week progressed it got much worse becoming dry, red and flakey. I began using e45 cream to sooth it but it didn't do much at all especially with me training hard with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]lengthmaster[/words]. Me being me , I continued to train up until the weekend when I decided I'd have a few days rest to see if it would heal.
I will have a go at training tonight and see how things are. Fingers crossed it won't be as painful as it has been
 
'sore', like internally or 'sore' like irritated topically? I've been using organic coconut cream/oil and it keeps the dryness and chafing at bay.

That sounds like a great way to fatigue. I will try it when I get a chance but I have always been a huge fan of pre-exhausting the penis for length work.
