Session 6 and 7
Sunday was a day off so I've picked up from Monday and today. Unfortunately I have only had the time for one session each day due to not having the time but one session is better than none at all.
Warm up- lenghtmaster bundles , 30 seconds clock wise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC
Main session - lenghtmaster bundles, 2 minutes, clockwise and anti , SU , SO , SD , BTC squat. Expressive stretch 2 minutes × 3 sets
non bundled BHC squat stretch . 5 minute duration.
Hanging session
Hanging 10kg whilst bundled and swinging, switching between clockwise and anti every five minutes.
20 minute set
Notes - for anyone reading who is new to the lenghtmaster or PE in general? I use as much force as I can . This is extremely important otherwise I am simply going through the motions and wasting my time.
