Kegels - Stupid qiuestion time

Kegels - Why are they good for penis growth - I know that the positive effects re orgasm, but what about making my cock larger. I mean in the context of kegeling through the day eg when at the desk etc

They will increase blood flow. And more blood in your dick = a bigger dick. Especially when you don't get really hard erections anymore. Then a lot of kegeling can truly make your dick grow a lot bigger in erect state. It won't expand tissue by its own though.
However, increased blood flow will also aid other (expanding tissue) gains, so it's really a ++++++ deal :)

Kegels are one of the most important parts of gaining size. A strong set of pelvic floor muscles are not only important to erection quality but as you make size gains the penis needs to become stronger muscle-wise to hold the larger blood supply. A huge penis with shit for PC muscles will suffer in EQ. Plus, even if you never did any Penis Enlargement, and all you did was kegels, your penis would still become larger as your capacity to hold more blood is larger.
