:O

I love this device (using just the Heavy Duty):

1. I wore it the longest yesterday at 3 pounds: 2 hours, fixed between SO and SD. The only pain in my base area was the digging in soreness of the two rod bases! After taking it off, I poked around into my ligaments and felt no pain. Is the digging in of the rod bases normal? I was stretched to my absolute maximum.
2. How far do I stretch? I stretched all the way and did not feel discomfort in the actual stretch. Do I let up a bit in stretching distance and, if so, do I hurt my gains.
3. What specifically am I supposed to feel and where and how to test the ligament exhaustion that I need to ride out?

All the best,

Stevie

Glad you got set up. I look forward to watching you gain.

What exactly do you mean by "rod bases"? My heavy-duty only has one circular base, that encircles the scrotum and shaft. It should not "dig in", but the pressure can be uncomfortable after a period of time. For this, I put some thin fleece between the base and my skin to cushion the pressure a little. It does the trick, and I can wear it for a few hours without discomfort.

If you decrease the tension by using lighter springs, I would wear the device for longer periods. I like to monitor my use by calculating (pound*hours). I simply multiply the tension of the springs (x2) by the number of hours I wear it. So if I use the 3.12-lb springs, for example, for 2 hours and 15 minutes, I would take 3.12 * 2 * 2.25 = 14.04 pound*hours. I shoot for 75 pound*hours minimum per week. This month, it looks as though I have gained. I can feel fatigue in my tissues even when I take a day or two off. This is what you should be aiming for. Not pain, but just a feeling of fatigue. Almost like after you workout your biceps. It should not "hurt" the next day, but when lifting even light items, you might feel slight fatigue. You should feel slight fatigue the next day after your Penis Enlargement workouts as well with a slight tug on your glans. I like to do "piss-pulls" every time I take a whiz. I do ten rotary cranks clockwise, and ten rotary cranks counter-clockwise. If I feel fatigue (which I almost always do) then I know I am doing enough to see some growth.

I think that less tension for longer periods of time is better if you have the time, but since most people do not, I recommend going as long as possible with as much tension as you can handle for that duration. If you can wear the medium-duty afterward for a couple hours, that is even better. There is definitely merit to healing in the extended state, and not letting yourself "turtle". Although it takes many hours of consistent wear for the medium-duty to produce results, I have found that it becomes much more effective if you pre-exhaust the tissues with high tension (via heavy-duty) prior to wearing it.

I hope this helps.

Goldmember!

Where did you come from, and I am glad you came by! Great advice!

Look at the base of the device. The revolving pegs where the rods stick into. THOSE, the sides of them closest to the penis, put pressure on my fat pad area, causing aching. I stretch as far as I can go with a total of 3 pounds. I've done it for four days straight and haven't been able to go longer than 3 hours. I feel no fatigue deep within. I guess I'm just going to have to keep it on longer. The ligs in my penis and at the base (the visibly exposed ones) are tight as well, so I'm wondering if they need to be stretched further first before the ligs deep within start getting loose.

From Holland, Where else? rofl

Actually, I just started using the heavy-duty after a long-time Penis Enlargement layoff. Just checking in and hoping to help some people catch the learning curve to this device. It's easy to figure out once you sit down for a couple hours and play with it. I haven't forgotten how to use it from when I first received it over a year ago. Kind of like riding a bike: seems like a bitch at first, but you quickly learn and never forget how to do it.

OK, your description had me confused. I thought you were maybe using the medium-duty base.

If your total tension is only 3 pounds at this point, I think you can handle the 3.12-lb springs. That will give you 6.24-lbs of tension, and over three hours will definitely produce fatigue. Probably closer to 1-2 hours. Try that out and see if ti works.

Tried it at 6 pounds and, while there was definitely more pull, I wore it for 4 hours and STILL no fatigue deep within. What gives?

Sometimes you will not feel fatigue, this does not mean you are not gaining. Men get the two mixed up an awful lot. The penis, unlike muscles, may not feel soreness after working out. I only felt soreness in the beginning but I went on to make incredible gains with no soreness at all.

When you say 6 pounds, do you mean you are using the 3-lb springs?

One piece of advice is to "shove" your glans deep into the dome so it is smashed against the top before putting the cap on the hole. Then pull on it in a few directions to remove any foreskin from between the dome and the silicone (or it will pinch). This way, your glans is against the dome the entire time you are stretching and more tension will go to your shaft, not your skin.

Once again, goldmembers' advice is golden. Also what DLD said about fatigue is exactly right. You might want to stop worrying about fatigue and just put in the time. It sounds like you're dedicated to putting in a couple hours a day. Excellent. Just make that a part of your life and carry on with life. The gains will come.

Fatigue accumulates and when it sets in you'll know it. In the very beginning it took me three months of hanging before I felt any fatigue. Now I know exactly how to do it but I don't think it's a guarantee of growth to come. Hell who knows, maybe fatigue is a bad sign!

SOmetimes the best approach is to STOP THINKING SO MUCH. Do the exercise the best you can and let them work.
