Ive just started Penis Enlargement back, and BANG! after 100 Jelqs i look at my cock and see this! It looks bad. Anyone tell me what it is and how long i should rest before starting back?

It will be 7days a week, starting off gradually to begin with. 300 jelqs 30 mins stretching. Each week i will increase the intensity and the reps.
I will continue this for 2 months, if gains are still coming i will follow it longer. Few questions regarding the routine: -
1) Jelqing before or after stretching?
2) After each stretching session should i do 100 jelqs?
3) Is it ok to split the routine up over the day AM, PM?
Once this routine is done i will add in the more advanced exercises such as A-Stretch, DLD Blaster etc. Come to that when i get there.
My goal is 8" i havent measured propally but i think im around 7". I have been on an extremely long decon, so is my plan good to go? My goal is soely length, bit of girth along the way will be good too. ha. Will i achieve my goals with this?
