CTspecial - do yourself a favor and wait the month. when it comes to pumping and such a string pump like the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] can provide no need to rush it.your penis needs to get used to that type of training. if you go to hard to soon you are more likely to get bruising, discoloration, and blood blisters. if you build up slowly through the first month you are FAAAAARRRR less likely to have any set backs.

i would also recommend doing 3x5x3 for the first 2-4 weeks. again, just to allow you penis to adapt. when it comes to pumping i have seen to many guys go all out right away and then they have to stop to heal and they never get back into it

I was like you where I was on and off. Staying consistent like YKM said above was the biggest help to see those gains finally come in. And not overdoing it because when you are injured you get out of your consistent routine. Consistency is king in PE because we never know at what point a gain will be made. It is so important not only to remain consistent but also progressive in intensity. So many fall off the PE Train because they stop before the miracle happens. It makes sense to plan on making PE a part of your life and plan on keeping at it indefinitely or until you have made your goals. They will happen if you stick to it, believe me, I stuck with this now for 13 years and have nearly doubled the size of my penis.

So I did not wait until Saturday Morning because I'm getting tires on my car, So I did do my 2nd session a little while ago. Yesterday I do want to stay that with the cock ring the effects lasted many hours and slowly went away until i went to bed (about 6 hours but wasn't nearly as plump and long when I went to bed). Are you working in some jelqing between sets? This is how to keep the fluid retention down and the expansion up. That sounds perfect. I usually hold each one for about 60 seconds to 2 minutes.

The road to permanent gains is lined with temporary gains. It is the continuous expansion that brings permanent gains to the penis so you are in the right place. It is also good motivation to train girth right before sex, it helps you work harder to make the gains to impress the lady. Keep up the consistent work and the permanent gains are not far off.

I love this idea and it goes along with the way I used to train in my early days. Even though we did not have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] then I still did multiple girth sessions throughout the day to keep myself expanded and I know it helped me gain girth which was stubborn for me before I practiced this. I say go for it!
 
Just wanted to give an update: I haven't measured so I don't know for sure what I've gained as of yet. I can safely say that I haven't gained any erect penis length and erection quality hasn't been as strong but I've been pumping daily so it's understandable. Yessir there has been an increase there, I could pull 5.25" but now I can pull to over 5.5" but I don't see it in actual erection length, that stayed the same. A little deflating at first but I assume that it will come.

Flaccid stretched length is always followed by erect length. A good way to help this along quicker is to get some erect stretches in everyday. 5 minutes of erect stretching a day will go a long way to cementing erect gains.

It is best to go in the tube erect and settle down to about 90% erect when pumping. I suggest having some erotic material around during the session to keep you up for the job.
