Hey all,

I'm here to document my PE journey. Some of you may remember me from last year where i had to take an extended hiatus to due to some mistakes. Live and learn! I'm glad to be back.

Goal by June 23, 2015:
BPFSL: 6.3"
BPEL: 5.8"
EG: 4.5"

Goal by Oct 1st, 2015: FL: 4"
BPFSL: 6.5"
BPEL: 6.2"
EG: 5"

I would try to get those jelqs up to 600 for a session, this will bring girth faster. Try to add 100 a week till you get to 600. I think you are good with the length work.

a warm up does not need to be a dragged out process, a warmup can consist of one set of light stretches to loosen the ligaments up. This is how I warm up and it works great.
 
Thats great to know, i did notice i started out a little tight and got much more loose by the end. Now i really dont have any excuse to not do my stretches. Are dry jelqs a viable or effective alternative if lube is impractical in the circumstance?

Did some SSJs per your recommendation DLD, and had some great expansion. I did notice that I could only keep high pressure for less than a minute until the blood out, but definitely a great exercise. Also had some fun with the lady today and there was a definite increase in pleasure for her even from just over a week of PE.

I haven't taken a post girth measurement recently but length has required 6 6/16" post exercise.

I never suggest that men should measure constantly, it causes discouragement. But, the exceptions to this rule are bone-pressed flaccid length and post workout girth as these two areas show temporary gains that keep us on target to make permanent gains. If you are training girth and do not know if you are making post girth gains it is difficult to know if the workout is really working for you. You always want to see temporary post-girth expansion, this is where girth comes from, the constant and consistent expansion.
 
I will keep that in mind! Girth is just as important to me as length and I measured post workout at 4.5". I think that i have a very tough tunica so i'm having trouble getting optimal expansion.

The Tunica can be tough but there is bundled stretches, these are the Tunica buster. It is a very simple stretch and you should include it within your workout. Basically you twist your penis, like a cork screw, and stretch from there. You can stretch in all direction to be sure you are effecting the entire Tunica. 10 minutes is plenty of time and you should see better expansion within a week.

Hey guys I've been swamped with work lately but I've been diligent about doing the newbie stretches with perhaps 4-5 missed sessions in the last 42 days.

Measured bpfsl at 6.4" and bpel at 5.85" a couple days ago. It seems my progress has slowed greatly which I suspect is because I have been very lax about jelqing, instead only incorporating SSJs for 5 minutes at a time when I get a chance. For the next few months I will make jelqing a much more regular part of my routine. My goal is to hit 7" in bpfsl by January 2016.

Just stay consistent and you can TOTALLY make that goal happen bro. Hey all I've been doing the newbie stretches daily and am very close to 6" in BPEL. Have also been using SSJs and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sporadically but got the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] instead of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x30[/words] so predictably having issues with pressure. Staying consistent, thanks guys
 
Look up DLD girth blaster or Dan Clizer method. Both are great techniques and will definitely take your penis to the max. Let us know your troubles with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] and we can help. If it's to much space, try to find in object to place inside to take up some space. It'll definitely help. Include whatever time you get in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X40[/words] into your list also. Nice work already man.

You're saiying that you're too small for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words]?Try and focus on manual exercises until you gain some size to fit the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] better :) For length the newbie stretches are good,as for girth , imo the best thing is jelqing + [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] supersets...just like the 5x5x3 routine,you just remove the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and use jelqs...5 min of jelqs + 5 min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] , 3 times :) Honestly i'm also 6" NBPEL and i don't have trouble with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words]...i'm about 6" in girth tho,so i got that going for me..
