Is Training girth 4 days a week enough to make gains?

Hey guys lately I found that i over train if I do my girth
More than four days a week, so I'll be doing my sessions,
Mon, wed, fri, sun and I just wanted to know if thats enough to make gains?
 
4 days a week is plenty to gain. As others have stated, it is really about form and intensity. If you are rocking a good routine with good motivation and intensity you will do fine.
 
Agree with all that has been said above. You may have more Penis Enlargement on your plate for your Pelvic floor,PC muscles,etc.

Make shore to include kegels. You can do those daily if you want to. I feel your pain, I went through weeks to months with weak erections from intense girth work. Kegels were a life saver for me.
