I did my usual routine today at noon instead of late at night like I usually do, and I seem to have gotten some different result, just from the way its hanging right now. The first inch and a half of my flaccid hang looks normal, but the second half is huge compared, and it feels kind of puffy. I'm not sure if its fluid, or if I over did my workout today, or whats happening.

Heres the routine I've been doing.
15 minute warmup with a heating pad.
1 minute streches up, down, straight out, and behind the cheeks
10x40second bluewhale streches, ill work up to 20 sets eventually
200 slow concentrated jelqs

I'm concerned, because I dont want to overdo it and damage myself, but I dont know what this is. HALP.

Also, is this a decent routine for length? My primary goal is length work, but so far girth seems to be making more headway than length.
 
WHat your are experiencing is in fact fluid buildup. Fluid build up is the bodies natural way of protecting itself. Barring that your jelqs aren't too concentrated it'll be fine. There is however a difference between fluid buildup and penile expansion. It also sounds to me that you may not be jelqing from the extreme base. Jelqs should be done as close to the pubic bone as possible to avoid the baseball bat effect. As for your routine... it'll could have a little more body but its what works for you. DLD phase one stretches are great. Evryone has gained from it. Try that out. Hope I helped.
 
If you are just getting into Penis Enlargement this workout should be good for you. It is a rather minimalist routine so I would guess you're not over doing it. Take it slow and easy and build up the intensity and amount of your stretches and girth work. In DLD's Newbie Rotuine he suggests you should be doing 600+ jelqs after you get your cock conditioned to doing them (takes a few weeks).

For length - concentrate on the stretches, but do the jelqs AND KEGELS (which you should be doing) as well! This will ensure you maintain good penile fitness. I've been doing my jelqing from the extreme base of my penis, but I seem to only get the expansion feeling along the second half of my penis, the part that was engorged like I mentioned earlier. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be kegaling blood in before I start the next jelq to get that feeling along the entire shaft?

From the extreme base is very good. You should be doing very slow, intense jelqs (3 secs+ / jelq) assuming you built up to the point where your penis can handle it (a number of weeks).

I just close my eyes and try to visualize the blood thats in the penis and see it in my mind's eye as I force the blood forward towards the head. I've attached a couple of pics so you can see the kind of expansion I get. The first a before pic and the second an after Jelq pic. I think this session was about 45 minutes long.

Actually it is most likely fluid buildup. Without an actual view of his condition we can't state anything as "factual"...hell, he might have caught it up in his zipper and just forgot to tell us.

Now, bluetard,

If it is just run-of-the-mill fluid then a day or two away from any penile strain should drain it all away. One way to tell for yourself is to determine whether the skin only is swollen or if the "head end" of your penis is staying in that "jelqed" condition. If it's just the skin, which is what it sounds like, then not much to worry about, just make a few adjustments in your routine or approach to Penis Enlargement and you should achieve the desired result.

Sorry for not posting sooner, but I laid off the routine for a day because the head of my penis seems to have gotten more sensitive, and I thought I should give it a break for two days.
One thought though: If I do my routine with a heating pad to warm up, and then jelq, I usually maintain a fuller erection throughout the routine, but if I take a shower and warm up with a hot wrap, I have less of an erection, but I don't have the fluid buildup effect afterward.
Thoughts?

Ok, but which would be the better way to jelq? With the stronger erection that causes red spots(and I think I can get it to stop the fluid buildup), or the lesser one, which does not cause red spots all the time, and doesnt get the same pushing feeling that the other does?

Red spots should eventually go away with time...you have to find that middle ground that allows you to have a great post workout pump without any damage...IMO red spots are damage.

Keep trying and you will find that sweet spot you are asking about.
