Hi Everyone,

I have decided to focus only on length now, and I am starting an intense stretching routine, with 3 or 4 sets of 20 30 sec. stretches throughout the day. I will be doing upwards and downwards A-stretches. I would prefer to not do any jelqing. I am not interested in gaining girth at the moment (5.75" upper shaft, 6.25 lower shaft), so would it be ok to not do any jelqing?

Another question,
Is jelqing necessary as part of a maintenence routine/penis fitness routine after you have reached your goals, or would light stretching for some time after to cement your gains be enough?

Me personally I would do like 10-15 minutes of jelqing in your routine just for good healthy circulation. You won't gain much if any girth with that.
 
Do jelq stretches. At the end of every jelq stretch your dick for a second. And when you jelq the more blood you have in there the more it focuses on girth, so jelq not as hard as normal.

You may find if you don't jelq you might lose some girth as you get longer, besides jelqing is good for you stay at 300 strokes/ or 5-7 mins 3x aweek you won't gain girth and you won't add any either. also it will help your length gains if you do fast strokes 1-2 seconds per jelq.
