What about doing ONLY 3 sets every single day- no days off will it give any length gains at all? (one set is stretching flaccid penis: straight down, left behind the butt, right behind the butt)

I doubt whether only 3 sets every day will bring ANY gains in length at all. I know that 7-8 sets do work (because I've tried it) but I haven't tried 3-only yet and I wonder whether doing only 3 is worth the effort.
 
Depend on how long you hold each stretch?
But i would say that you could gain, but it will take very very very long time..

if you have time for more do more...if 3 sets is all you have time for it is what it is. gains will come slower or quicker
 
If you've been doing 8 sets a day, dropping down to 3 a day will slow down your progress quite a bit. Your penis adapts to stretches, so you should progressively be adding intensity as you go on.

Yes, once your penis (tunica, ligaments) have adapted to a certain amount of intensity put on them- lowering the intensiy is less likely to give you good gains... :)

ya DLD always says even if you take a bathroom break at work and get in 5-10 mins of stretching in there. the sport you in is to do as much as you can. which is what we all do...some just have more time

This is what is called open minded approach - you do not have to do it for an hour straight you might spread it out throughout the day like you said for instance 3 sets before work, 3 sets after work, 1 set before going to sleep maby this will work.
 
Why only do 3 sets? Are you saying you can't make more time to get a bigger penis?

After work I have to eat , go out with my girlfriend etc. I am capable of doing PE early in the morning (in bathroom) but not longer than for 20 minutes bacause my GF needs time in the bathroom as well. I can do PE straight after work during shower and before going to bed. Now you see why I asked whether 3 sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] are enough - I have no more time.

With a straight twenty minutes you can get a decent girth workout in. I would carve out 3 five minute sessions a day to get in length work. You could break the 3 sets into three different angles of stretch to make sure you are getting in enough top gain. I am sure at work you can escape for 5 minutes at a clip every couple hours. There is always the option of getting a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] which can be used under the clothes while working, this would be a massive help. Getting up 15 minutes early would give you another chance to get something in to. With your busy schedule I know it will be hard but believe me, making that time is well worth it.

20 mins in the morning. the do some stretching while on bathroom breaks at work and during lunch. the during shower and right before bed. all that together makes for some good PE time

Waiting until "the last one awake and do it" is anxiety provoking. The best thing would be to do PE in the morning and get it out of my head. The earlier I finish my PE workout for the day the better. In the past I had tried to wait until everybody goes to sleep and guess what happened - I developed an obsessive disorder connected with my penis because I worried all day whether I will be able to do PE or not. This is crazy business.

How is that anxiety provoking? I have anxiety...bad...and it definitely doesn't bother me to wait for everyone else to fall asleep. On top of that, it's best if you can do more than just stretch for one long session a day. Much better results are found from doing a little throughout the day than just a bunch all at once.

I understand this as I also get a lot of anxiety around my schedule. You need to do what feels best for you physically and mentally so you can remain consistent to gain. It sounds like getting up a bit early will be you best bet and it will get everything done in the AM so you can be anxiety free.

Train length for 20 minutes twice or thrice daily. You will get to your decided size. When I was focusing on length, I always did three 20 minutes sessions daily.
